Objective:Data of patients with non-myometrial invasive bladder who underwent secondary resection of bladder tumors and who met the criteria but did not receive secondary resection were collected. Then statistical analysis was done.To study the clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumors in patients with Nonmuscular invasive bladder cancer. And we concluded its role in reducing recurrence and progression of bladder cancer, finding residual cancer tissues and determining more accurate clinical staging.Materials and methods:This paper collects the clinical data of patients with non-myometrial invasive bladder cancer confirmed by pathological examination after operation in the First Hospital of Jilin University from October 2016 to October 2018.The clinical data of patients who underwent secondary resection of bladder tumors and those who did not underwent secondary resection of bladder tumors were analyzed. The operation time, complication rate and recurrence rate of two groups were obtained. The observation group(33 cases): 24 males and 9 females, aged 28-78 years, with an average age of 60.55 years. The control group(60 cases): 42 males and 18 females, aged 46-84 years, with an average age of 69.8 years. The clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder cancer in the treatment of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer was obtained by statistical analysis of all data with SPSS20.0 statistical software.Result:The patients were followed up after operation, and the recurrence rate and tumor progression of the two groups were analyzed. In the observation group,33 cases were included,1 case recurred 3 months after operation,1 case recurred 3-6 months after operation, and 1 case recurred 6-12 months after operation. The total recurrence rate was 9.1%.There was no case of tumor progression. The control group included 60 cases,1 case recurred 3 months after operation,4 cases recurred 3-6 months after operation,7 cases recurred 6-12 months after operation,8 cases recurred 1-2 years after operation, the total recurrence rate was 33.3%.Among them,2 cases advanced to stage T2 and 1 case advanced to stage T4.Conclusion:(1)Secondary resection of bladder tumors can detect and remove residual cancer tissue in time after the first resection.(2)Secondary resection of bladder tumors can reduce the recurrence rate of bladder tumors after NMIBC.
