Clinical Study Of Jianpi Tiaoqi Huayu Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Gastric Polyps

Objective:To study the clinical effect of jianpi tiaoqi huayu decoction combined with western medicine in endoscopic treatment of gastric polyps,Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect of jianpi tiaoqi huayu decoction on patients with gastric polyps and further confirm the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Clinical selection of hubei province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine spleen-stomach disease department gan aiping expert outpatient 80 patients,and according to the inclusion criteria,confirmed as gastric polyps,syndrome is weak spleen and stomach,blood stasis heat mutual,According to the order of visit,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of complete randomization,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with endoscopic gastric polyps first,and the experimental group was treated with jianpi tiaoqi huayu tang and pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules after surgery,while the control group was treated with pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules alone.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The improvement of clinical symptoms and endoscopic manifestations in the two groups were observed after treatment,and the recurrence of gastric polyps was followed up for 1 year.Results:after the treatment,the total score of symptoms of the two groups was compared,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05)、The scores of symptoms before and after treatment were compared.The experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.01～.05).Compared with the total clinical efficacy,the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative wound healing showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0,05).After 1 year of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),Conclusion:jianpi tiaoqi huayu decoction combined with western medicine has some advantages in endoscopic treatment of postoperative patients with gastric polyps.To improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the cure rate has obvious curative effect on the recurrence of polyps or have a certain preventive effect.It is further confirmed that TCM has a good prospect in the treatment of gastric polyps.
