China is a big country of manufacturing industry,the manufacturing industry involves machinery,chemical industry and so on industry,there are many kinds of occupational harmful factors,involved in a wide range.With the introduction of new technologies,new materials,and new technologies,new occupational hazards may also be created.In order to ensure the sustainable development of our manufacturing industry,ensure the health of employees,strengthen the occupational disease hazard factor identification and occupational disease hazard risk research,it is necessary to take targeted control measures.In this paper,the newly built project of energy-saving air conditioner production workshop of an air conditioner production enterprise is selected as the research object.By investigating the production process,main production equipment and raw and auxiliary materials of the newly built project,the workshop similar to its production process and main raw and auxiliary materials is selected for analogy study.Occupational-disease-inductive factors identification was carried out on the analogy to the workshop and field testing,respectively using the method of productive dust job hazard classification,Singapore half quantitative analysis evaluation method,risk assessment,occupational health and MES in Australia on new projects and energy saving air conditioner production workshop of dust,chemical harmful factors,evaluating and analyzing noise,uv analysis of the risk assessment method of the evaluation results,and determine the occupational disease hazard critical control points in new projects,for the new project put forward control measures of occupational hazard.The main occupational-disease-inductive factors of the new project include dust,chemical and physical harmful factors.The dust is welding dust and other dust;Chemical harmful factors are nitrogen dioxide,manganese oxide,copper smoke,potassium hydroxide,sodium carbonate,sulfuric acid.The physical harmful factors are ultraviolet radiation,noise and high temperature.The on-site inspection results show that the qualified rate of noise detection is 83.3%,and the qualified rate of other occupational-disease-inductive factors is 100%.Through the evaluation and comprehensive analysis of the occupational-disease-inductive factors existing in the new project by different evaluation methods,the key control points of occupational-disease-inductive factors in the new project are determined as follows: spot welding post(nitrogen dioxide,manganese oxide,noise);Sulfuric acid reaction tank(sulfuric acid);Punching post in punching area(noise);Inspection post in spot welding area(noise);Powder spraying(noise);Gas welding post in hand welding area(noise,copper smoke);Assembly line gas welding post(noise,copper smoke).Figure [17] table [61] reference 61]...
