| Objective To comparatively analyze the strengths and weaknesses of WE and SPAIR in iShim-IVIM of breast gland MRI scanning.Methods Choose 20 patients who have breast tumor to undergo iShim-IVIM with WE and SPAIR technology in fat suppression and DCE-MRI scanning,calculate the SNR CNR and ADC of the WE-iShim-IVIM and SPAIR-iShim-IVIM imaging,score the quality of the imagings,and analyze statistically.Result The SNR and CNR of WE technology is higher than those of SPAIR statistically(P<0.05).It has no significant statistical difference of the score of the images between SPAIR and WE(P>0.05).The ADC of the center of the tumor has no significant statistical difference between SPAIR and WE(P>0.05).Conclusion The quality of the images is significantly improved using WE than SPAIR,but both of them can meet the diagnostic requirements,and the ADC has no statistical difference as well. |
