Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Lacunar Infarction(Qi-deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Yiqi Huoxue Method

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Method in treating lacunar infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:A total of 60 outpatients and inpatients were enrolled in the department of neurology of Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2017 to October 2017.A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases.Both groups received routine treatment,such as oral aspirin and symptomatic treatment.The control group gave 5% glucose injection250m1+ danhong injection 40 ml intravenous drip,accompanied by diabetic patients,and then diluted with 0.9% physiological saline,one time per day.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment group was treated with the prescription of yiqi activating blood method,one dose per day,water wash,and morning and evening clothing.Duration of medication: 14 days for one course of treatment,two courses of medication and 2 days of drug withdrawal.At the end of the course,the two groups were compared before and after the treatment of neurological deficit score,TCM syndrome score,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,PT,APTT,FIB,and statistical analysis.The patient’s vital signs were observed during the treatment,and routine laboratory examination and electrocardiogram were performed before and after treatment.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: The treatment group showed 3 cases(10%),25 cases(83.33%),2 cases(6.67%),and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The control group showed 1 case(3.33%),effective 21 cases(70.00%)and invalid 8 cases(26.67%),and the total effective rate was 73.33%.The total effective difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Neural function defect scale: the treatment group and control group after treatment of neural function defect scale before the treatment has improved significantly(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group on this index is better than that of control group,the comparison of two groups on the index difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05)(3)TCM symptom score: treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM symptom score before the treatment has improved significantly(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group on this index is better than that of control group,thecomparison of two groups on the index difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Blood lipid: the improvement degree of TC,TG,ldl-c and in the treatment group after treatment was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Coagulation function: the value improvement of PT,APTT and FIB in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(6)The blood,urine,routine,liver,renal function and electrocardiogram were not abnormal in the two groups before and after treatment,and no obvious adverse reactions and side effects were observed during the treatment.Conclusion: According to the formula of yiqi activating blood method,it is effective and safe to treat lacunar cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).
