Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cancerrelated Fatigue Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin In Lung Cancer Patients By Modified Shashen Maidong Decoction

Objective:This study observed the effect of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction on cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.To explore the thinking of syndrome differentiation of cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer,and provide a new method for TCM treatment of cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer.Methods:In this study,60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed as CRF in oncology ward were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with Shashen Maidong Decoction(Shashen 10 g,Ophiopogon 10 g,Yuzhu 10 g,Licorice 6g,Mulberry 10 g,Trichosanthes 10 g,Stir-fried Dangshen 10 g,Atractylodes macrocephala 10 g,poria 10 g,Scutellaria barbata 15 g,Hedyotis diflora 15g)Oral combined symptomatic treatment,the control group was given basic symptomatic treatment,the two groups were observed for 14 days,compared the Piper fatigue scale,Chinese medicine syndrome,functional status score(Karnofsky,KPS).The remission of fatigue in the two groups was analyzed.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction on cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Result:(1)The total score of Piper fatigue and the scores of four dimensions in the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The total score of fatigue scale and the difference of four dimensions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The results showed that the fatigue scores of both groups were decreased,and the difference in the treatment group was more significant.Both groups can improve fatigue symptoms,while the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92.59% and 32.14%respectively,p<0.01,with significant difference.The treatment group and the control group can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)There was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in KPS score distribution between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the functional status of patients between the two groups.Conclusions:Modified Shashen Maidong Decoction can effectively improve the fatigue symptoms of lung cancer patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,reduce the Piper fatigue scale score,and improve the fatigue symptoms of patients.The prescription has no obvious adverse reactions,and has reliable clinical application value.
