| Objective:To observe the degree of relief of muscle and joint pain caused by taxanes and the effect on serum biochemical parameters after the intervention of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,in order to provide treatment ideas and references for the treatment of muscle and joint pain syndrome caused by chemotherapy of taxane in the motherland.Methods:The study of this topic was divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group had 23 cases and the treatment group had 26 cases.The two groups of patients were treated strictly according to the medication requirements when receiving taxane chemotherapy.After muscle arthralgia occurred,the control group was given ibuprofen sustained-release capsule 0.3g bid(early and late),and 5 days was a course of treatment.The treatment group was given 150 ml BID(early and late)of Paeonia lactiflora and Glycyrrhiza uralensis decoction(30g of raw Paeonia lactiflora and 10 g of radix glycyrrhizae preparata)on the basis of the control group,with a course of treatment lasting 5 days.The changes of CK,LDH,Mb,IL-6 levels in the two groups before and after treatment after the occurrence of muscle and arthralgia were statistically analyzed,as well as the degree of relief of muscle and joint pain,and the occurrence of adverse drug events in the two groups.Results:(1)pain relief degree: after treatment,the pain in the control group and the treatment group were improved,and the pain relief degree in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.01).This shows that Shaoyao Gancao Decoction combined with ibuprofen has better therapeutic effect than ibuprofen alone.(2)Effective rate of treatment: The overall effective rate of ibuprofen group was 82.6%.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 96.2%.After statistical analysis,P< 0.01,there is a significant difference,indicating that the treatment group has better effect.(3)biochemical indexes: the CK-MM level in the control group and the treatment group decreased to different degrees after treatment,and the CK-MM level in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.01),with significant difference.After treatment,Mb levels in the control group and the treatment group decreased to different degrees,and compared with the two groups,Mb levels in the treatment group were more obvious(P < 0.05),with significant differences.The level of IL-6 in the treatment group and the control group decreased to different degrees after treatment,and the level of IL-6 in the treatment group decreased more obviously(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Statistical analysis of LDH levels in the control group and the treatment group after treatment(control group P=0.608,treatment group P=0.149)showed no significant difference.This shows that Shaoyao Gancao Decoction combined with ibuprofen is more effective than ibuprofen in improving CK,Mb and IL-6 levels.Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and ibuprofen failed to improve LDH level.(4)adverse events: the frequency of adverse events in the two groups was the same(P > 0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1 Shaoyao Gancao Decoction has a certain therapeutic effect on muscle and joint pain during the treatment of taxane chemotherapeutic drugs,and the effect of combined ibuprofen is better;2 Peony licorice soup reflects the treatment of taxane chemotherapeutic drugs The biochemical indicators of muscle and joint pain appear to improve the creatine kinase-skeletal type(CK-MM),myoglobin(Mb),and interleukin-6(IL-6);3 the drug licorice broth to lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)may have no effect;4 Peony licorice soup failed to reduce the occurrence of ibuprofen side effects. |
