TCM Syndrome Characteristics Of Male Wilson’s Disease Combined With Reproductive Damage And Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

1 Research objectiveBy analyzing the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of male Wilson’s disease and reproductive damage,it provides evidence-based medical basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,in order to provide dialectical basis for Chinese medicine treatment.The system understands the level of blood reproductive hormones in patients,and observes the effects of Chinese medicine intervention on reproductive hormones and reproductive system.2 Method2.1 Syndrome InvestigationAll subjects were enrolled in the male patients with Wilson’s disease who were admitted to the encephalopathy center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to December 2018.100cases of the combined reproductive damage group（RD）were screened.There were 140cases with no genital damage group（NC）group.The data of the two groups were observed and the syndrome scores were observed.2.2Clinical StudyForty patients with genital lesions were collected and randomly divided into treatment group（n=20）and control group（n=20）.The control group was given conventional liver-protecting and copper-discharging treatment.The treatment group was supplemented with Bushen Huayu Quyu on the basis of the above treatment.After6 treatments,the syndrome scores,symptom improvement and serum reproductive hormones of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.3 The Results3.1Study on Distribution and Age Correlation of TCM Syndrome Elements in Two Groups of Observation GroupsThe distribution rate of four syndrome elements of phlegm dampness,blood stasis,kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency in RD group was higher than that in NC group;the distribution rate of four syndromes of TCM syndromes in heat,blood deficiency,impotence and liver yin deficiency in NC group Higher than the RD group;with age,the distribution of four syndrome elements of kidney yin deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis was significantly higher than other syndrome elements.The proportion of multiple syndromes in the RD group was greater than that in the NC group;the proportion of single syndromes in the NC group was greater than that in the RD group;3.2 Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groupsIn the RD group,the TCM syndrome scores of the four syndrome elements of phlegm dampness,blood stasis,kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency were significantly higher than those in the NC group;the TCM syndrome scores of the NC group were significantly higher than those of the RD group;3.3Syndrome scores and improvement of reproductive hormones in the two groupsAt the end of the treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups were investigated.The total effective rate showed that the overall effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group.obvious.At the end of the treatment,serum genital hormones were measured in both groups.P,FSH,E₂,PRL,and T were all improved in the pre-treatment patients.The comparison showed that the treatment group improved more than the control group.It is obvious.4 Conclusion4.1 Kidney yang deficiency,kidney yin deficiency,dampness and blood stasis are the main syndrome elements of male Wilson’s disease combined with reproductive damage and have a certain age correlation.4.2 Kidney-tonifying phlegm-dispelling blood-stasis prescription can improve the clinical symptoms and syndrome scores of male Wilson’s disease combined with reproductive damage4.3 Kidney-tonifying phlegm-dispelling blood-stasis prescription can promote the improvement of serum reproductive hormone in male Wilson’s disease combined with reproductive damage.
