Objective:To investigate and evaluate the perioperative psychological and personality characteristics of CRS patients,and analyze the correlation between psychological and personality factors of CRS patients,so as to study the influence of surgery and psychological intervention on the psychological score of CRS patients.Methods:From July 2018 to December 2018,168 CRS patients who planned to receive surgical treatment were selected.1)psychological characteristics and personality types of CRS patients were investigated and evaluated by using scl-90 table and EPQ table on the day of admission.2)on the day of admission,under the guidance of doctors,all patients filled in the scale and obtained scores of scl-90,EPQ,SSRS,snot-20 and VAS.L-k,TRins and TRexp scores of patients were measured and recorded respectively after instrument examination.The correlation between the scl-90 score and EPQ,SSRS,snot-20,VAS,l-k,TRins,TRexp and other scores was discussed.3)patients were divided into the intervention group(79 cases)and the control group(89cases)according to the admission number list and even number;The intervention group carried out comprehensive psychological intervention in stages according to the psychological problems,while the control group only gave daily general explanation and health promotion.All patients underwent FESS surgery according to the inpatient procedure.Before and after surgery,under the guidance of the attending physician,the scl-90 form was filled in,and the scl-90 score was obtained.The scl-90 scores of all patients before and after surgery were compared,and the scl-90 scores of patients before and after surgery in the intervention group and the control group were compared,respectively.Results:1.Compared with the mean scores of norms,CRS patients had higher scores of6 factors;The scores of neuroticism,psychoticism and dissemble were higher thanthat of introversion and extroversion.2.Somatization and depression are negatively correlated with introverted and introverted E score,depression,anxiety,fear and neuroticism N score are positively correlated,and interpersonal sensitivity and other four factors are positively correlated with psychosis P score.3.Somatization is positively correlated with l-k,TRins,TRexp,VAS,and snot-20,interpersonal sensitivity is positively correlated with l-k,TRins,and TRexp,depressive symptoms are positively correlated with TRexp,and VAS,and anxiety symptoms are negatively correlated with l-k,and psychotic symptoms are positively correlated with VAS,and snot-20.4.Five factors,such as somatization and interpersonal sensitivity,were negatively correlated with subjective and objective support,and correlated with interpersonal sensitivity,paranoia and hostility.5.Compared with the preoperative group,the postoperative group had lower scores in 7 factors other than hostility and paranoia,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).6.Compared with the control group,the intervention group had a lower score of6 factors except hostility and somatization,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the scores of somatochemical factors in the intervention group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Psychological problems are common in CRS patients,and nearly half of them have sensitive problems in social interpersonal communication;CRS patients generally belong to the personality characteristics of introversion,emotional instability and neuroticism.2.Psychological changes of CRS patients may be related to introverted and emotionally unstable personalities.Subjective and objective discomfort of CRS patients is closely related to social,interpersonal,depression and anxiety.Multiple factors in scl-90 table are closely related to social support.3.Surgical intervention can improve the physical discomfort of CRS patients,alleviate social and interpersonal disorders,fear,anxiety,worry,inferiority and other psychological;Comprehensive psychological intervention can help CRS patients improve their social relationships,worry and depression,and to some extent alleviate the symptoms of schizophrenia and paranoid personality.
