| Purpose:Through treatment,observe the curative effect of the method of burying bean at ear point combined with Chinese medicine to treat insomnia after ischemic stroke(liver stagnation and huohuo syndrome),and evaluate the effectiveness and clinical value of the method combined with Chinese medicine to treat insomnia after ischemic stroke.Method:Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group,a total of 72 cases.The control group was given shumian capsules orally.Treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine granules oral,again to cowherb seed seed paste on the corresponding acupuncture points,observation of 28 days,mainly for the two groups before and after the healing of TCM syndrome and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,such as collecting,sorting,and statistical analysis,evaluation of ear acupuncture point buries beans combined Chinese medicine treating insomnia after ischemic stroke is effective and the value of clinical application.Result:After 28 days of treatment,the final statistical analysis showed that in terms of TCM syndrome score,before treatment,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P > 0.05),so it could be compared.After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the overall syndrome of TCM(P < 0.05).In terms of PSQI score,before treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),which could be further compared.After treatment,the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P < 0.05).Comparison of ADL and NIHSS scores before and after is meaningless.The effective rates of the two groups were 88.89%and 77.78%,respectively.Conclusion: After treatment,auricular point buya bean combined with Chinese medicine for insomnia after ischemic stroke(syndrome of liver depression and huohuo)has a definite effect,can significantly improve symptoms,and then improve the quality of life ofpatients,which is worthy of clinical popularization and in-depth study. |
