BackgroundThe organizational climate of the nurses is the shared perception of the working environment and conditions of the parties,the reaction to the culture of organizational standards,values,and potential rules,and ultimately affects the behavior of the members of the organization.With the continuous improvement of China’s medical and health system and the continuous refreshment of people’s health concepts,patients have increased their demand for nursing services.Clinical nurses with a high level of organizational climate perception can not only get better into their work,but also improve the quality of care services,and ultimately ensure patient safety.ObjectiveUnderstand the current situation of clinical nurses’ perception of climate in Henan Province,analyze the correlation between nurses’ organizational climate perception and professional identity,team cohesion,explore the influencing factors of nurses’ organizational climate perception,and provide targeted opinions and suggestions based on the results to promote Henan Province.The clinical nurses provide a reference basis for the harmonious development of the organizational climate and the improvement of the quality of nursing services.MethodsFrom October 2017 to September 2018,786 clinical first-line nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in tertiary hospitals in Henan Province were selected as subjects.Using the questionnaire survey method,the survey tool includes 4 parts: general information questionnaire;nurse organization climate perception scale;professional identity scale;team cohesion power table.The data was statistically analyzed and analyzed using the SPSS20.0 statistical software package.The statistical analysis methods included: independent sample t test,Pearson correlation analysis,one-way ANOVA,multiple linear regression analysis.Results1.Attitude perception scores of nurses in tertiary hospitals in Henan Province The total score of tissue nurses’ perception of Henan clinical nurses is(3.32±0.52)points.The dimensional scores were: evidence-based nursing support(3.52±0.58),quality management(3.50±0.55),team behavior(3.46±0.55),management support(3.39±0.55),and resource guarantee(3.18±0.67).Points,human resources management(3.11 ± 0.63)points.2.Factors Affecting Nurses’ Organizational Climate Perception Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors that have statistical significance for nurses’ organizational atmosphere are: department,title,monthly average night shift,monthly income satisfaction,family relationship satisfaction,Have participated in the training of the relevant aspects of the quality control circle,the positions in the quality control circle,the emotional consistency,and the evaluation of occupational cognition,and explained the variation of 62.3% of the perception of nurses’ organizational climate(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The perception of nurses’ organization climate in tertiary hospitals in Henan Province is generally above the upper-middle level,and the evidence-based nursing support dimension is the best,and the human resource management dimension needs to be further strengthened.3.The perception of the organization climate of nurses in tertiary hospitals in Henan Province is affected by many factors,among which the positive influencing factors are: family relationship satisfaction,monthly income satisfaction,whether to participate in the quality control circle training,and in the quality control circle.The duties,emotional consistency,and professional cognition evaluation,negative influence factors are: department(pediatrics),professional title(supervisor nurse),and the average number of night shifts per month. |
