Objective : The effect and mechanism of music electroacupuncture were discussed through the influence of pulsed electroacupuncture and music electricity on the expression of Ghrelin and NPY content in serum and brain tissue of Parkinson’s depression model rats. Methods: First, taking 6-hydroxy dopamine(6-OHDA)unilateral striatum double targets injections in the rats’ brain tissue,a rat model of Parkinson’ s disease was established.Injecting apomorphin e(APO)into the rats to induce behavioral detection to test success rate of the model.Once again after the success, name it based on PD model combined with chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)method to copy the model of the PDD,using bodyweight measurements, field tests, and 1% sucrose solution preference tests to verify model success rate.Rats were divided into normal group, model group, sham Operation Group, drug group,28 d pulsed electroacupuncture Group,28 d Music electroacupuncture Group,42 d pulsed electroacupuncture Group,42 d Music electroacupuncture Group A total of 8 groups, after 28 days of treatment will be the first 6 groups of severed head, and in the tail vein of rats for aseptic blood collection,The content expression of Ghrelin and NPY in serum and brain tissues of rats was detected by ELISA method. The remaining 2 groups were treated with the head of the brain after 42 days of treatment, and the expression of Ghrelin and NPY content in brain tissue was detected by the same method.Results:(1)Compared with the normal group, the behavioral indexes of rats in the model group were significantly different(P<0.01),and the content of Ghrelin and NPY significantly decreased(P<0.01).(2)Compared with the model group, the behavioral indexes of the drug group rats were significantly different(P<0.01).There was no significant change in the content of Ghrelin and NPY(P>0.05).The behavioral indexes of 28 d pulsed electroacupuncture Group and 28 d Music electroacupuncture group were signif icantly different(P<0.05),and the content of Ghrelin and NPY significantly increased(P<0.01).(3)Compared with the drug group, there was no significant difference in behavioral indexes between 28 d pulsed electroacupuncture Group and 28 d Music electroacupuncture Group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in Ghrelin and NPY content(P>0.05).(4)Compared with 28 d pulsed electroacupuncture Group, there was no significant difference in the behavioral indexes of 28 d music electroacupuncture Group(P>0.05),and there was no significant change in the content of Ghrelin and NPY(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant.(5)compared with 42 d pulsed electroacupuncture Group, there were significant differences in the behavioral indexes of 42 d Music electroacupuncture Group(P<0.01).And the content of Ghrelin and NPY was significantly increased(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)In improving the behavior of PDD rats,28 days of treatment, western medicine treatment was the best, pulse electro-acupuncture and music electro-acupuncture treatment had the same effect;42 days of treatment, music electro-acupuncture treatment was better than pulse electro-acupuncture treatment. After 42 days treatment, the behavioral symptoms of the music electroacupuncture group were significantly improved compared with that of the pulsed electroacupuncture Group, the content of Ghrelin and NPY significantly increased, and it was proved that the music electroacupuncture was better than that of pulsed electroacupuncture.(2)In terms of increasing Ghrelin and NPY content in PDD rats, pulse electro-acupuncture had the same effect as music electro-acupuncture for 28 days, and music electro-acupuncture was better than pulse electro-acupuncture for 42 days.Western medicine treatment had no significant effect on the content of Ghrelin and NPY.(3)The effect of music electro-acupuncture has not been attenuated over time. One of its mechanisms may be through regulating the content of Ghrelin and NPY in serum and brain tissue.
