Objective:To observe the effect of method on sensory function and daily life activity of patients with sensory disturbance after cerebral infarction,an d to evaluate its clinical efficacy,so as to provide a clinical basis for the blade needle search method in the treatment of sensory disturbance after cerebral infarction. Methods : Ninety patients with sensory disturbance after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were given basic medical treatment and head acupuncture, while the control group received routine acupuncture at limb points, while the treatment group received the blade needle search.once a day,14 days a course of treatment,a total course o f treatment. The patients in the two groups were assessed by Fugl-Meyer scale(FMMS)and modified Barthel index scale(MBI)before and after treatment.Results:(1)The FMMS sensory function score and MBI score of the two groups were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that both treatment methods could improve patients' sensor y function and daily life activity.(2)The FMMS sensory function score and MBI score of patients in the two groups after treatment were compared, and the results were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group had more signif icant efficacy in improving patients' sensory function and daily life activities.Conclusion:(1)The blade needle search method and conventional acupuncture method have certain clinical efficacy in the treatment of sensory disturbance after cerebral infarction.(2)The blade needle search method has the characteristics of definite efficacy, green economy in the treatment of sensory disturbance after cerebral infarction, which is superior to conventional acupuncture method and provides a more effective treatment method for clinical use.(3)The blade needle search method can improve the sensory di sturban ce of patients with cerebral infarction and improve the score of sensory function and daily life activity in the FMMS scale, and the effect is better than the conventional acupuncture method.
