Clinical Research On Early Interventional Treatment Of Hypertension With Qianyang Yuyin Granules To Improve Cognitive Impairment

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qianyang Yuyin Granules on improving cognitive impairment by early intervention of hyperpyrexia type and Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type hypertension,and to evaluate the drug safety of Qianyang Yuyin Granules,and to explore the influence of age and hypertension history on cognitive impairment.Methods:Sixty patients with hyperpyrexia type and Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type hypertension who meet the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into treatment group and control group with statistical software.30 patients in the control group are only given basic Western medicine treatment with corresponding medical history.30 patients in the treatment group are given basic Western medicine and Qianyang Yuyin Granules three times a day,one bag at a time.Both groups are treated for 24 weeks.The changes of MMSE,Vadas-cog,ADL and CDR scores are observed before and after taking the medicine.Adverse events are observed during treatment.Statistical analysis is made on the changes of neuropsychological scales before and after scoring and the effects of age and history of hypertension on cognitive impairment.Results:①Therapeutic effect index comparison:From the MMSE score,VaDAS-cog score and ADL score,the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group.②Comparison of clinical efficacy:There is no significant difference in sex,age,history of hypertension and scores of neuropsychological scales between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05);there is significant difference in scores of neuropsychological scales between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The results suggest that Qianyang Yuyin Granules can intervene in cognitive impairment of patients with hypertension,delay or even improve the progress of cognitive impairment of patients.③Significance of age and history of hypertension:By using pre-treatment MOCA,MMSE,VaDAS-cog,ADL score as a dependent variable,age,hypertension history as an independent variable,using input method for multiple linear regression analysis,it turns out that the older the age,the longer the history of hypertension,the more serious the cognitive impairment,and the history of hypertension has a greater impact on cognitive impairment.④Safety indicators evaluation:During the treatment of Qianyang Yuyin Granules,there are no significant changes in blood,urine,fecal routine,liver function(ALT),renal function(BUN,Scr),and electrocardiogram,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Qianyang Yuyin Granules can effectively intervene in the cognitive impairment of hypertension.Compared with the simple basic treatment of Western medicine,Qianyang Yuyin Granules combined with basic treatment of Western medicine can delay or even improve the cognitive impairment of hypertension and are safe.The older the age,the longer the history of hypertension,the more serious the cognitive impairment,and the history of hypertension has a greater impact on cognitive impairment.It is suggested that Qianyang Yuyin Granules should be involved in the treatment of hypertension as soon as possible.
