Clinical Observation Of Yiqihuoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Carpal Tunnel Syndrome In QI Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the changes of Levine carpal tunnel syndrome score,TCM syndrome quantization points,Weber two-point recognition(M2-PD)examination,Tinel test、Phalen test and TCM syndrome quantification integral before and after treatment.To evaluate the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement of Yiqi huoxue decoction in the treatment of QI deficiency and blood stasis in carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods:In this study,65 patients with mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.14 days for 1 course,observe 2 courses.Vitamin B1 tablets and methylcobalamin were taken orally in both the observation group and the control group.-The group was treated with Qi Huoxue Soup(1 dose per day,fried to 200 mL,2 times in the morning and evening)from the first day of treatment.To observe the score of Levine carpal tunnel syndrome questionnaire in 14 days and 28 days before and after treatment,Tinel test、Phalen test、two-point recognition(M2-PD)examination of fingers,and the TCM syndrome quantification.Data were collected,and the difference of score between group and group before and after treatment was studied.The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:1.In this study,65 cases were included,2 cases fell off,and 63 cases were finally included in the efficacy statistics.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment in terms of gender,course,wrist and Levine carpal tunnel syndrome score(P<0.05)The score of Levine carpal tunnel syndrome questionnaire and TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 28 days of treatment,with significant statistical differences.In the observation group were 32 patients,8 were cured,13 were effective,9 were effective,2 were invalid,and the total ef’f-ective rate was 93.75%.In the control group were 31 patients,4 were cured,10 were effective,13 were effective,and 4 were invalid,the total effective rate was 87.10%.The total efficiency and cure rate of the two groups had significant statistical differences,and the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of Phalen test and Tinels test positive rate(P<0.05),Phalen and Tinels had a lower positive rate after treatment After 28 days of treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and there was significant statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in combination with methylcobalamin and vitamin B1 for the treatment of QI deficiency blood stasis type carpal tunnel syndrome is better than the use of methylcobalamin and vitamin B1 alone in improving subjective and objective wrist symptoms,subjective symptoms and TCM symptoms.Clinical can be recommended for mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome patients.2.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can improve wrist symptoms of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,but also can improve the systemic symptoms of patients,and there is no definite adverse reaction,reflecting the overall advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CTS.
