Objective:1.To explore the efficacy and safety of localizing rescue mode inhospital emergency treatment for patients with severe multiple injuries.2.The application of retrospective case-control comparative positioning rescue model in emergency treatment of severe multiple trauma patients can shorten the first aid time and improve the effectiveness of treatment efficiency.3.The impact of the new positioning first aid mode on the survival of severe multiple trauma patients.1.To explore the effectiveness and safety of positioning rescue mode in hospital first aid for patients with severe multiple injuries.2.Through retrospective and prospective case-control comparison of the effect of positioning rescue mode in emergency treatment of severe multiple trauma patients.3.To explore the differences in the progress of various emergency nursing tasks under the new model, and to provide the basis for further improving the efficiency of emergency nursing. Methods:Systematic orientation rescue training for trauma nursing staff in emergency group of the class 3A hospital(1Month)emergency pre-implementation to ensure that the positioning rescue mode can be correctly implemented in the rescue unit, and then formally used in emergency rescue work for patients with severe multiple injuries from January 2017.A total of 3 emergency nursing staff were assigned to the first aid team,A,B and C respectively, and the tasks of emergency care within the designated area included the following contents: A: Defibrillation, arterial blood collection, catheterization, chest compression;B: ECG monitoring, respiratory support, airway management, and compression;C: Establish the passage, venous blood samples and recorded ministration of drugs.Self-designed questionnaire, including assessment form for first aid ability of trauma team, general information and patient rescue data questionnaires for patients,To get such informations as the abilities and levels of first aid team nurses, patients’ differences, and the completion of the nursing tasks of first emergency, that is the tasks of nursing care must be completed after the severe multiple injuries patients came into the class 3A hospital for first aid.By consulting the emergency rescue records of the patients with severe multiple injuries in the hospital for 18 months from June 2015 to December 2016,to obtain the relevant rescue materials and data information of the subjects in the control group.Since the correct implementation of the localization rescue mode in the hospital from January 2017,the real-time emergency data of patients with severe multiple injuries were collected and recorded to ensure the accuracy of the data.First aid data were collected since then until June 2018 for 18 months.According to the above inclusions and exclusive criterias, those were treated with traumatic cardiac arrest in the emergency department of the class 3A hospital from June 2015 to December 2016,January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the control group and the experimental group respectively. In the control group,63 patients were enrolled, aged from 19-82 years, with an average of 46.33±3.32 years,of which 20 were female and 43 were male. The experimental group 58 patients were enrolled, aged from 19-79 years, with an average of 46.33±3.32 years,of which 18 were female and 40 were male. The data collected were statistically analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the positioning rescue model. Results:The results showed that the ability of emergency nursing group was more than 0.05,and there was no difference in statistical analysis. There was no significant difference in age,sex and TI index between the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05).ECG collection in the control group was(3.31±1.27)minutes,and in the experimental group was(2.76±0.96)minutes(P < 0.05).The total time of emergency nursing was(38.21±8.72)min in the control group and(28.93±7.48)min in the experimental group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance;the time of respiratory support system was(7.88± 2.58)min in the control group and(6.95±2.29)min in the experimental group(P < 0.05);the time of other support systems was(11.22±2.45)min in the control group and(10.17±2.31)min in the experimental group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.After the application of location-based rescue mode in hospital emergency treatment for patients with severe multiple injuries, there is no obvious effect on the patient’s final prognosis when the initial emergency care task is completed, and there is no adverse effect.the emergency situation was improved, the initial completion time was shortened, the effectiveness was high, and no adverse effect was found.2.The application of location-based rescue mode in emergency treatment for emergency patients with severe multiple injuries can effectively shorten the time for completing first-aid primary care tasks of the trauma emergency team, improve the first-aid efficiency of nursing staff, and improve the completion of primary care tasks in hospitals with severe multiple injuries.3.The results of this study can provide a guiding direction for improving the efficiency of other clinical nursing cooperative first aid operations in the future, and provide a basis for further improving the efficiency of first aid nursing.
