| The construction and maintenance of hospital informationization and the daily equipment operation of functional departments at all levels depend on the health information technicians of the information department.They are the main providers of software/hardware technical services for the entire hospital information system.They facing medical staff,at the same time facing the vast number of patients,health information technicians play a major role in the process of hospital informationization.Their job satisfaction not only directly affects their work enthusiasm and enthusiasm,but also affects hospital care and patient group satisfaction.The tertiary hospitals in Changchun City can see more than 10,000 people per day.They have a stable hospital information system and an excellent information team,which can improve the hospital management level,medical service quality and work efficiency.Objective:Through investigation,we can understand the status quo of job satisfaction of health information technicians in tertiary hospitals in Changchun City,and conduct systematic research through mathematical statistics analysis methods to analyze the factors affecting job satisfaction of different social demographic characteristics,job characteristics and personal subjective feelings.To provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of health information technicians engaged in informatization in hospitals.Methods:Fourteen tertiary hospitals in the district of Changchun City of Jilin Province were selected by convenient sampling method,169 health information technology personnel engaged in hospital informationization were selected for questionnaire survey,and 156questionnaires were effectively recovered,with a recovery rate of 92%.The questionnaire was distributed and recycled using the“WJX.com”survey platform.The overall design of the questionnaire refers to“National Guardian Table 2”,“Information Position Setting and Manpower Configuration Status and Demand Survey”and“Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale”.There are three main parts of the survey.The first is the general situation of the hospital(institutional economic registration form,information system construction fund source,etc.);the second is the personal characteristics of health information technicians,including the characteristics of the social population(such as gender,age,education,etc.)And job characteristics(work content,working years,personnel categories,etc.)and subjective feelings;third,job satisfaction of health information technicians(20 items,2 dimensions),covering items with salary,leadership,working conditions,etc..Mathematical statistical analysis was performed using Excel 2016 version and SPSS IBM 24.0 software.The general descriptive analysis was performed using composition ratio,mean and standard deviation;single factor difference analysis was performed by t test and one-way ANOVA;c~2 test was used to compare the distribution between groups;multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.The LSD method is used to perform a pairwise comparison between multiple groups of means.Results:1.The overall job satisfaction score was 4.12±0.69,the internal job satisfaction score was 4.21±0.67,and the external job satisfaction score was 3.98±0.80.External job satisfaction is lower than internal job satisfaction.In overall job satisfaction,salary items,job title promotion items,and job recognition items have the lowest scores,and personal morality,leadership style,and job stability are the highest.2.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)between different age groups,academic groups,work content,working years,annual average number of trainings,and subjective feelings and overall job satisfaction(P<0.05),which would affect the overall job satisfaction.The older the performance,the lower the overall job satisfaction;the overall job satisfaction of those with master’s degree or above is the highest;the more the average number of participants per year,the higher the overall job satisfaction;the overall responsibility of the information department for overall management Job satisfaction is higher than the overall job satisfaction of other work content.3.Age,education,annual average number of trainings and subjective feelings were the main influencing factors of overall job satisfaction(P<0.05),and the average number of participation in training was the most affected.Conclusion:1.The overall job satisfaction scores of health information technicians in the tertiary hospitals of Changchun City are at a relatively satisfactory level,and the internal job satisfaction scores are higher than the external job satisfaction scores.In internal job satisfaction,entries related to communication,self-judgment,and job achievement are lower scores;in external job satisfaction,entries related to salary,job title promotion,and job recognition are lower.2.There are significant differences in the internal job satisfaction dimension and overall job satisfaction between different ages,education,work content,working years,annual number of trainings and subjective feelings;different qualifications,years of work,work There are significant differences in the categories of external training and the subjective feelings in the categories of external job satisfaction.3.The influencing factors of overall job satisfaction of health information technicians are the average number of training,age,education and subjective feelings.The influencing factors of internal job satisfaction are the same as the overall job satisfaction.The factors affecting external job satisfaction include job category,average number of trainings,academic qualifications and subjective feelings.According to the various factors affecting job satisfaction,the reasons for its relative dissatisfaction are explored,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.4.The tertiary hospitals in Changchun pay more attention to the construction and development of hospital informationization,but they still need to be improved. |
