Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to find out the optimal respiratory rate and effective respiratory rate interval for middle-aged women’s autonomic nerves;find out which abdominal breathing exercises are better for cis and reverse abdominal breathing;study the cis and reverse abdominal breathing at different frequencies. The effects of immediate and delayed effects of autonomic nerves in middle-aged women.Provide theoretical support for deeper research on respiratory mechanism, expand the research field of sports health;promote and promote better services for sports health practice. Methods:This paper mainly used experimental methods to select 10 middle-aged women from Haidian District Taijiquan Association.Experimental procedure: 5minutes of natural breathing exercises in the early stage,10 minutes of anti-abdominal breathing in the medium-term frequency of 5-10 beats/min,and 10 minutes of natural breathing exercises in the late 10 minutes, collecting HRV indicators during the test. The blood pressure of the subjects before and after the experiment was measured, and the HRV and blood pressure were statistically analyzed. Results: 1.Compared with the previous natural respiration, the HF and RMSSD of 6-8 beats/min were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the TP of 7 beats/min was significantly increased(P<0.05).7times/min and 8/min LF/HF decreased significantly(P<0.05),and 6-8 beats/min cis-breathing increased parasympathetic activity.Compared with the previous period, the natural respiration of the late stage increased significantly(P<0.05),and the TP,HF,and RMSSD increased significantly(P<0.05),6 times/min,7 times./ minute has a delay effect.2.Compared with the previous natural respiration, the TP,HF,RMSSD andPNN50 of 6 beats/min were significantly increased(P<0.05);the TP and SDNN of 7beats/min were significantly increased(P< 0.01),HF,RMSSD,PNN50 increased significantly(P<0.05),7-9 times/min LF/HF decreased significantly(P<0.05),and 8times/min TP,RMSSD increased significantly(P <0.05),9 times/min RMSSD was significantly increased(P<0.05),and 6-9 beats/min reverse abdominal respiration increased parasympathetic activity.Compared with the previous period, the natural respiration of the late stage increased significantly(P<0.05),TP,TPSD at 7 times/min(P<0.01),and LF/HF decreased significantly(P< 0.01),HF,RMSSD,PNN50 increased significantly(P<0.05),8 times/min TP,RMSSD increased significantly(P<0.05),and 6-8 beats/min had delayed effect.3.Shun and reverse abdominal breathing with a frequency of 7 beats/min reduced the systolic blood pressure significantly(P<0.05),and the diastolic blood pressure did not change significantly. Conclusion: 1.Fine,uniform,deep,long abdominal breathing has significant effect on improving HRV and regulating blood pressure;2.Abdominal breathing can regulate autonomic nerve;3.reverse abdominal breathing is better than autonomic nerve in improving abdominal nerve respiration.Recommendations: 1.Try to apply a breathing rate of 6-8 beats/min of breathing or 6-9 beats/min of reverse abdominal breathing to guide the practice of health exercises;2.Extend the natural breathing in the later part of the experiment.Time, find the end of the delay effect;3.Should promote the promotion and promotion of abdominal breathing, causing the attention of middle-aged women;4.Optimized experiments on different frequencies of cis and reverse abdominal breathing for a variety of people. |
