Observation On Curative Effect Of Moxibustion Combined With Electroacupuncture In Treating Low Back Pain Of Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of kidney deficiency type of lumbago,and to provide a simple and effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of kidney deficiency type of low back pain.Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups: electroacupuncture moxibustion group,electric acupuncture group,moxibustion group,30 cases in each group,7 days as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment,recorded different courses of treatment in each group.The difference of clinical efficacy among the three groups was evaluated from three aspects: visual analogue score(VAS),low back pain score of Japanese Orthopaedics Association(JOA)and overall curative effect before treatment,one course of treatment,and two courses of treatment within and between groups.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,course of disease,age and syndrome type among the three groups(P >0.05),and there was comparability among the three groups.2.Visual analogue score(VAS): before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score among the three groups by F test(P >0.05),and the treatment of the three groups was comparable.After one course of treatment,the scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference between the three groups(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the electro-acupuncture group and the moxibustion group(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the electro-acupuncture group and the moxibustion group(P < 0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the scores of the three groups were further decreased,and there was significant difference(P <0.05).Pairwise comparison There was significant difference among the three groups(P <0.05).Compared with pre-treatment and one course of treatment,there was significant difference among the three groups(P <0.05).3.low back pain score of Japanese Orthopaedics Association(JOA): before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptoms,physical signs and life restriction degree among the three groups(P >0.05),and the three groups were comparable in treatment.After one course of treatment,the scores of the three groups were significantly higher than those before(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).After two courses of treatment,the scores of the three groups were significantly different(P <0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05).Compared with pre-treatment and one course of treatment,the scores of each group were all There was a significant difference(P <0.05).The JOA score was further increased,indicating that two courses of treatment were better than one course of treatment.4.Total effective rate: after Chi-square test,there was significant difference among the three groups in the treatment of low back pain of kidney deficiency type(P <0.05),and the results of pairwise test between the three groups showed that there was a significant difference between the three groups.The overall curative effect of electroacupuncture moxibustion group was significantly different from that of electroacupuncture acupuncture group and moxibustion group(P <0.017).There was no significant difference between acupuncture group and moxibustion group(P >0.017).Conclusion:(1)electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy,electroacupuncture therapy and moxibustion therapy can relieve pain of kidney deficiency type lumbago,and electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy is superior to electroacupuncture and moxibustion therapy in relieving pain of kidney deficiency type low back pain.(2)all three kinds of therapy can improve the symptoms,physical signs and life limitation of the patients with kidney deficiency lumbago,among which electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion is superior to electroacupuncture and moxibustion.(3)the total curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion is better than that of electroacupuncture and moxibustion.(4)Electro-acupuncture combined with moxibustion has definite curative effect and good compliance,which is worth popularizing.
