Clinical Study On Tongqiao Of Removing Phlegm And Activating Blood Decoction To Intervene The Early Delayed Radiation Brain Injury

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiao of removing phlegm and activating blood Decoction to intervene the early delayed radiation brain injury with Phlegm-Blood stasis and mutual knot type.Methods: Total 60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group using to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted symptomatic alliviate therapy of Western medicine.Treatment group on the basis of control group added with Tongqiao of removing phlegm and activating blood Decoction totally for 2weeks.Comparison of efficacy of solid tumor 、 TCM symptom efficacy 、radiation brain injury grading、cognative function、inflammatory response indicators and record the adverse reactions during treatment.Results: In the shrinking lesion 、 TCM symptom efficacy 、 radiation brain injury grading、cognitive function、inflammatory response indicators,the treatment group is superior to the control group,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05);Conclusion: Western medicine to support the treatment of combinedTongqiao and phlegm-activating decoction to treat the early delayed radiation brain injury is safe and effective.
