Objective A study on the application of Bifidobacterium in neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis,To provide theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use。Methods Selection of 40 newborn rats that meet the requirements,Divide them into five groups,The allocation method is random allocation,Group A is the normal standard group,All normal newborn rats in Group A,Group B was given a variety of treatments for establishing disease models;Group C,give them modeling processing,And given to Bifidobacteria, their dose is 0.4 mg erery day,Group D,given to establish the disease model treatment, and given Bifidobacterium preparation gavage, the dose is 4 mg/g every day;Group E,given to establish disease model treatment, and given to Bifidobacterium preparation for gastric lavage, the dose is 20 mg/g everyday. After 3 days, all changes in the weight of newborn animals are measured; The fourth day fasted all the new animals, and the fifth day killed all the new animals to test for tumor necrosis factor, comparing their bowel lesions.Result The mean difference in weight variation was group A>group D>group E>group C>group B,but there was no statistically significant difference between group B and group C,nor was there any statistically significant difference between group D and group E.The mean pathological score of the section was group B>group D>group C>group E>group A,and there were statistical differences between group A and other groups. The mean value of tumor necrosis factor was group B>group C>group D>group E>group A,there was no statistically significant difference between group C and group D,and there were statistical differences between the remaining groups.Overall, the degree of lesions in groups D and E was lower than in groups B and C.Conclusion The optimal dose of duplex butyric acid bacteria living bacterium in neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis mice model may be 4mg/g to 20mg/g.The equivalent dose of bifidobacterium is 4×103CFU to 20x103CFU.
