| Objective:To explore the relationship between mGPS and inflammatory indexes in peripheral blood and short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:100 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were collected from January 1,2017 to December 31,2018,including 69 cases in the survival group and 31 cases in the death group(death within 30 days).Patients’ white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, hypersensitive c-reactive protein, albumin and platelets were recorded on admission. And calculate the Ratio of neutrophils and lymphocytes and Platelet and the Ratio of Lymphocyte count, according to the serum albumin, hypersensitive c-reactive protein level mGPS ratings, the inflammation indexes and mGPS score between the two groups of comparison, the application of ROC curve analysis mGPS and NLR,CRP and other inflammatory indicators to predict the correlation of cerebral hemorrhage patients died within 30 days.Results:1.The basic clinical data showed that there was no significant difference in age, gender, ethnicity, hypertension and diabetes between the survival group and the death group(P>0.05),and there was a difference in blood loss between the two groups(P<0.001).2.There were statistically significant differences in mGPS scores, leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes,NLR and PLR between the two groups(P<0.001),and no significant differences in albumin and platelet between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The ROC curve results of mGPS score in predicting the death of ICH patients within 30 days were as follows:mGPS score AUC was 0.811(95%ci:0.720-0.903 P<0.001),truncation value was 1,sensitivity was 87.1%,and specificity was 72.5%.4.The ROC curve of peripheral blood inflammatory indicators for the death within 30 days in ICH patients was as follows:the NLR with the highest sensitivity and specificity for the prediction of death within 30 days in ICH patients was 0.959,followed by neutrophils(AUC 0.911),CRP(AUC 0.891).and white blood cells(AUC 0.842).The PLR and lymphocyte subplots with lower specificity and sensitivity were 0.676 and 0.700,respectively.Conclusion:1.MGPS score has good diagnostic value. It is expected to be a cheap and easy scoring standard for the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.2.NLR,CRP,neutrophil and leukocyte had a good predictive value for ICH patients’ death within 30 days, while lymphocyte and PLR had a low predictive value.3.NLR has better predictive value for 30-day mortality in ICH patients than neutrophils and lymphocytes alone. |
