Objective:compared with the wear resistance of four kinds of CAD/CAM repair ceramic materials,and discussed the factors that influence the wear resistance of the ceramic materials,and explained the internal relation of the components of the ceramic materials and the materials of the CAD/CAM.Methods:In this experiment,Chosed three kind of CAD/CAM glass ceramic materrials:IPS Empress CAD,IPS e.max CAD,VITA Suprinity and zirconia Wieland Zenostar,to make the hemispheric specimen of diameter 5mm and the base specimen of 12mm*10mm*3mm.Each group was respectively exposed to UMT-2 testing machine to simulate the clinical service.Base specimens were scanned using a laser scanner and the deepest loss was measured.Scanning electron microscopy was used to evaluate wear pattern.Results:1)The maximum wear depth of base specimens:the comparison of 20 groups of specimens showed that the minimum wear depth was 5 groups of Zenostar base specimens group.There was no significant difference in the maximum wear depth of five antagonists on Zenostar plane specimens.The maximum wear depth was Zenostar antagonist-Suprinity base specimen group.2)The surface wear morphology of the plane specimen:compared with the same base specimen group,the surface wear morphology of the five hemispherical specimens on the plane specimen shows that the surface morphology of the Empress base specimen group is relatively rough,and a large area of shallow exfoliation can be seen.The other three groups of planar specimens were smoother than those of the other three groups.Compared with the same antagonists,the wear surfaces of the four kinds of base specimens caused by the antagonists are less damaged by the Empress antagonists and the wear surfaces of the fourbase specimens by the Zenostar antagonists.Conclusions1)compared with the other three materials,group e.max has stronger wear resistance,weaker wear resistance,smooth wear surface and the best performance;2)the abrasion resistance of the repair material is related to the material itself and the hardness,strength,chemical structure,composition and other aspects of the grinding material.3)in clinical restoration of the affected teeth,the abutment conditions of the restoration teeth should be combined with the performance of the restoration body of the jaw teeth and the mutual wear effect of the restoration materials.Meanwhile,the aesthetic appearance and the requirements of the patients should be taken into account to make an appropriate choice based on various factors.
