Objective: To explore whether different CRHR1 and GLCCI1 genotypes have differences in the sensitivity to ICS treatment, correlation analysis was conducted on the above indicators, and patients with CRHR1 and GLCCI1 genotypes were identified from the majority of ordinary asthma patients,so as to infer whether different CRHR1 and GLCCI1 genotypes can be used as an indicator to evaluate the patient’s condition and determine the prognosis. Methods: Collected 103 cases in October 2016 to March 2018 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university hospital of peripheral blood in patients with asthma, polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique is used to inspect the patient’s own CRHR1,GLCCI1 genotype different points,by giving patients after six weeks of glucocorticoids inhalation, testing in patients with FEV1 values,by comparing the FEV1 value changes to clarify different genotyping of different susceptibility to ICS.Results: Patients of CRHR1 and GLCCI1 showed the highest sensitivity to ICS,while those with GG genotypes of CRHR1 and GLCCI1 showed the lowest sensitivity to ICS.Conclusions: The sensitivity of CRHR1 gene and GLCCI1 gene to hormones was different in asthmatic patients. |
