ObjectivesBased on the basis of previous research, innovate the traditional drug route, the traditional Chinese medicine classic prescription Liuwei Dihuangfang is made into Liuwei Dihuang cream according to the modern craftsmanship method.During cerebral palsy massage treatment,Liuwei Dihuang cream is used as a massage medium to act on the acupuncture points of the corresponding parts. To observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Ointment on the sleep quality of children with cerebral palsy with liver and kidney deficiency, and to explore its possible mechanism of action, which lays a foundation for the further promotion and application of Liuwei Dihuang Cream. In the process of massage treatment of cerebral palsy,Liuwei Dihuang cream is used as a massage medium to act on the acupuncture points of the corresponding parts.Methods60 children with cerebral palsy with liver-kidney deficiency sleep disorder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the test group and the control group.30 cases in each group.During the test,1 case fell off each group,so 58 cases were actually included.29 cases in the test group and 29 cases in the control group. The experimental group used Liuwei Dihuang cream(patent applied, patent number(201510994773.0))as the massage medium, and the control group used Johnson &Johnson baby lotion as the massage medium. The two groups used the same massage method, operation steps, cream parts and nursing methods. The same, each time 20 minutes, once every other day,3 times a week,a total of 4 weeks of treatment. The two groups were evaluated by the appraiser before the enrollment and after 4 weeks of treatment, and the general conditions(gender, age, height, weight),sleep quality and TCM syndrome scores of the children were evaluated before and after comparison.Statistical analysis of related data was performed using Excel and statistical software SPSS21.0.Result1.Comparison of general conditions between the two groups of childrenThere was no significant difference in gender, age, height and weight between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Changes in height before and after treatment in the two groupsThe height of the experimental group before treatment was((84.76±4.60))cm,and it was(84.99±4.36)cm after 4 weeks of treatment.Compared with before treatment, the height difference was statistically significant after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The height of the control group before treatment was(84.55±4.36)cm,and it was(84.71±4.43)cm after treatment.Compared with before treatment, the height difference was statistically significant after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 4weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in height between the two groups(P>0.05).Changes in body weight before and after treatment in both groupsThe body weight of the experimental group before treatment(11.54±1.20)Kg was(13.06±1.20)Kg after 4 weeks of treatment.Compared with before treatment, the difference in body weight after treatment for 4 weeks was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pre-weight(11.58±0.98)Kg was(12.33±0.93)Kg after treatment;the difference in body weight after 4 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the difference in body weight between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of sleep quality before and after treatment in two groups of childrenThere was no significant difference in the total scores of sleep and sleep factors between the experimental group and the control group before enrollment(P>0.05).The total score of sleep before treatment in the experimental group was(66.97±1.94),and it was(43.76±2.12)after treatment.Compared with before treatment, the total score of sleep decreased significantly before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in sleep factors between sleep factors(P>0.05),and the other seven sleep factors were sleep habits, sleep persistence, sleep anxiety, night waking, parasomnia, daytime sleep, and sleep. The differences in respiratory disorders were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total score of sleep before treatment in the control group was(67.86±1.91)points,and after treatment(59.21±2.01)points.Compared with before treatment, the total score of sleep decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the four sleep factors in sleep control, sleep latency and sleep-disordered breathing. In addition to the significance(P>0.05),there were statistically significant differences in sleep persistence, sleep anxiety, daytime sleep, night waking, and parasomnia(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of the four sleep factors in the test group, such as night waking, parasomnia, daytime sleep, and sleep-disordered breathing, were lower than those in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Sleep habits, sleep latency, sleep persistence, and sleep anxiety were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groupsBefore the enrollment, there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes before treatment in the experimental group were(23.60±5.00)points and(31.50±6.00)after treatment.Compared with before treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes after treatment for 4 weeks were significantly higher than those before treatment.Statistical significance(P <0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes before treatment in the control group were(23.80±6.00)points and(27.70±3.00)points after treatment.Compared with before treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes after treatment for 4 weeks were significantly higher than those before treatment.Statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.No adverse reactions were found during the treatment.Conclusion1.Liuwei Dihuang Ointment can promote the physical development of children with cerebral palsy with liver and kidney deficiency.2.Liuwei Dihuang Ointment can improve the sleep quality of children with cerebral palsy with liver and kidney deficiency, especially in sleep habits, sleep latency, sleep persistence and sleep anxiety.3.From the perspective of TCM syndromes,Liuwei Dihuang cream may improve the physical condition of children.4.Liuwei Dihuang cream may be absorbed through the drug and achieve the synergistic effect of massage and drug combination. No adverse reactions are found in the clinical application process, which is worthy of further clinical application.
