Application Of The Self-Made Mesh Elastic Gloves And Socks In The Coating Treatment Of Patients With Subacute Eczema Of Hands And Feet

Objective:To introduce the specific manufacturing methods of mesh elastic gloves and socks and apply them respectively to zinc oxide paste coating in patients with subacute eczema of hands and feet to verify their clinical application effect,and to provide a certain theoretical basis for the development and improvement of external fixation materials for the hands and feet.Methods:Using the relevant theoretical knowledge of modern skin lesion healing,combined with hospital care cost management and people-oriented comfort care concepts and requirements,192 patients with subacute eczema of hands and feet were selected from the Dermatology Department in one Three Level of First-class Hospital in Jingzhou.96 people were divided into the control group and 96 in experimental group according to their admission time.96 patients who were admitted from June to December 2017 were placed in the control group(48 hands and 48 feet);96 patients who were admitted from June to December 2018 were placed in the experimental group(48 hands and 48 feet).After evenly applying zinc oxide paste to the hands and feet and covering the sterile gauze,the "gauze bandage" external fixation method was adopted in the control group;the "mesh elastic gloves or socks" external fixation method was carried out in the experimental group.After the end of the application,six aspects of data from two groups were collected,including external fixation and disassembly time,dressing fixation,comfort,daily activity of the hands and feet,and skin lesion healing.The data were carefully recorded and scientifically compiled by SPSS22.0 Software to evaluate the application effect of patients with different external fixation methods.Results:Mesh elastic gloves and socks have been designed and made by ourselves.The mesh elastic gloves and socks group were significantly better than the gauze bandage group in the external fixation and disassembly time,dressing fixation,comfort,daily activity of the hands and feet,and skin lesion healing,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions:Applying the self-made mesh elastic gloves and socks to zinc oxide paste coating in patients with subacute eczema of hands and feet,which can save the time of external fixation and disassembly,improve the dressing fixation effect and comfort of the coating,and ensure the daily activity of the hands and feet and the healing effect of skin lesions.The analysis shows that the gloves and socks are more suitable for clinical operation,better treatment experience and better rehabilitation effect than the traditional gauze bandage external fixation.The gloves and socks have certain promotion and application value in the dermatology department.
