The Clinical Observation On The Teatment Of Phlegm Closed Resistance Syndrome Of Pediatric Sigh By Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction

Objective:Through self-control,to observe the clinical curative effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,an experienced prescription of the tutor,in the treatment of Pediatric Sigh(phlegm closed resistance syndrome).Summarize the tutor’s experience and provide new treatment ideas and methods for the clinic.Methods:Select 38 cases of children with Pediatric Sigh from pediatric outpatient of Nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine aff-iliated hospital between January 2017 and December 2018.All the children in the group met the TCM diagnostic criteria of Pediatric Sigh(phlegm closed resistance syndrome)and myocardial damage with western medicine,and adopts were given Gualou Xiebai Pinellia decoction to add and subtract,through self-control,water decoction,1 dose per day,two courses of treatment(8 weeks).To compare and analyze the integral changes of main symptoms(long sigh or deep inhale,chest stuffiness,short breath time),secondary symptoms(irritability,phlegm,palpitation,fatigue,anorexia,thin stool,nausea and nausea),myocardial enzyme spectrum(AST,CK-MB,CK,LDH)by dry film method,as well as improvement of electrocardiogram before and after treatment and before and after treatment.Results:After 2 weeks treatment,there are 4 cured cases,7 markedly effective cases,16 effective cases,11 ineffective cases,with total effective rate 71.05%,markedly effective rate 28.95%and cure rate 10.53%.After 4 weeks treatment,there are 9 cured cases,10 markedly effective cases,12 effective cases,7 ineffective cases,with total effective rate 76.32%,markedly effective rate 50%and cure rate 23.68%.After 8 weeks treatment,there are 20 cured cases,10 markedly effective cases,5 effective cases,3 ineffective cases,with total effective rate 92.11%,markedly effective rate 78.95%and cure rate 52.63%.After 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks of treatment,the main symptoms(long sighs or deep inhale,shortness of breath in the chest,holding breath at a time)and secondary symptoms(irritability,phlegm,palpitation,fatigue,anorexia,thin defecation,nausea and nausea)improved significantly.The improvement was proportional to the treatment time.Myocardial enzyme(AST,CK-MB,LDH)was significantly improved after treatment,but there was no significant difference between pre-and post-treatment with CK.Compared with before and after treatment,the disappearance rate of abnormal ECG was 88.82%.No adverse reactions were observed during the follow-up period and one month after the end of the observation cycle.No recurrence was found in the follow-up one month after the end of the observation period.Conclusion:Clinical efficacy in the treatment of Pediatric Sigh(phlegm closed resistance syndrome)with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,an experienced prescription of the tutor,is accurate,no adverse reactions,can be extended in clinical,for the study and treatment of infantile sigh provides a new way of thinking and method.
