Cloud PACS Telemedicine Platform Based On Five-side Model

With the continuous improvement of China’s informatization and the deep coverage of 5G networks,it is particularly important to promote the development of medical services with information technology.On March 5,2019,Premier Li Keqiang’s government work report also emphasized the acceleration of establishing a telemedicine service system,promoting the application of 5G and IoT technologies in the medical field,embracing the industrial Internet,and pushing the medical industry to the “cloud” side.Promote the development of "Internet + medical health",promote the sharing of electronic medical records,promote the development of medical artificial intelligence and medical big data,strengthen the training of grassroots medical staff,improve the quality of classified medical treatment and family doctors,and focus on promoting social harmony through informationization.It is pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously develop telemedicine,through the form of Internet + medical,to promote the vertical flow of high-quality medical resources through the network remotely,and optimize the service radiation range of national high-quality medical resources.The five-sided model divides the entire platform into five parts: the control side,the management side,the consumption side,the supply side,and the operation and maintenance side.In the five-sided model,different users can perform their own work with different functions in different roles on different sides.Cloud PACS is a cloud platform/cloud server for image data archiving and information data transmission.It can help hospitals to solve data transmission and archiving of images collected by different medical imaging devices and computer devices,such as CT,MR,DSA,etc.[1].The multidisciplinary MDT telemedicine consultation provides a360-degree transparent patient space that provides efficient imaging physician evaluation and a two-way referral channel.The image center is aimed at different regional ecology,and depending on the cooperation of the surrounding large hospitals,it can form a different construction method,which not only highlights the difference value within the region,but also integrates the ecological resources in theregion well.The Image Center was established to provide professional medical "medical imaging inspection" services for medical institutions at all levels [2,3].This paper first proposes the framework concept of “five-sided model”,which separates the system account authority system from the business system and can be applied in different industries and domain systems.At the same time,in order to solve the consultation problem in telemedicine,the use of Internet technology,the combination of online audio and video,whiteboard interaction and DICOM image,independently developed a set of "cloud room" tools,with the business system,can complete remote consultation more efficiently business.
