Objiective:To investigate the changes in maternal pelvic floor function in different modes of delivery, and to analyze the short-term effects of pelvic floor rehabilitation.Materials:815women about 6-8 weeks after delivery from June 2017 to January 2018 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. There were 381 cases of elective cesarean section,434 cases of vaginal delivery,421 cases of pelvic floor muscle test, classified two groups, and 161 cases had pelvic floor disease and received pelvic floor treatment.Methods:1.General questionnaire to obtain maternal information and the incidence of pelvic floor disease.2.VISHEE pelvic floor electromyography biofeedback instrument was used to test various pelvic floor electrophysiological indicators to evaluate and estimate pelvic floor function changes.3.Telephone follow-up of pelvic floor treatment for 6 months after maternal satisfaction with pelvic floor treatment.Results:1.The rate of stress urinary incontinence during pregnancy and postpartum was not significantly different between the two groups(?2=1.550,P=0.213;?2=2.019,P=0.155).The incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence and vaginal posterior wall prolapse was significantly different between the two groups.(?2=8.655,P=0.003;?2=6.045,P=0,014).2.The type of injury to the pelvic floor was different in different modes of delivery. The average muscle tension and the average endurance change of vaginal delivery were significantly different after treatment of selective cesarean section(P<0.05).3.Maternal women were very satisfied with pelvic floor treatment, accounting for 29.2%,basically satisfied with 42.2%,and dissatisfied with 3.7%.Conclusion 1.Women have little knowledge of pelvic floor disease;the incidence of stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse after vaginal delivery is higher than the other group.2.Different types of delivery have different types of pelvic floor injury;the pelvic floor muscle strength test can be used as a reference index for evaluating and evaluating pelvic floor function.3.Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment has a significant improvement on pelvic floor muscle strength.,maternal satisfaction with pelvic floor treatment is highly popular in the city.
