Research On Self-psychoanalytic Treatment Of Patients With Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Generalized anxiety disorder refers to an anxiety disorder characterized by lack of clear objects and specific content,and stress disorder.It is a clinically common,chronic disease with a lifetime prevalence rate of 6% in the general population.At present,the treatment of GAD is mainly drug therapy,psychotherapy and drug combination psychotherapy,but the treatment effect is not ideal.This study is based on psychoanalytic theory,using case method,selecting a patient with generalized anxiety disorder as the subject of study,combined with the clinical practice of generalized anxiety disorder.Experience and deficiencies in treatment,explore the use of self-psychoanalysis to treat generalized anxiety disorder.It is mainly discuss the process of sample self-psychoanalysis and its key links,to clarify possible problems and risks,and to combine the experience of the participants to verify the therapeutic effect.It is mainly divided into four parts: method introduction,problem presentation,research process and result analysis.Explore and improve the psychotherapy of generalized anxiety disorder and improve the recovery rate of GAD.
