Study On The Regularity Of Vascular Dementia In Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Association Rules

Objective:literature Research:Through association rules analysis method we diged and analyzed the clinical medication rules ?high-frequency drugs and drug compatibility features of Vascular Dementia.Clinical Research: we seted up a clinical randomized controlled trial to study the clinical efficacy of Modified Tian Si drink on Vascular Dementia.Methods:literature Research:We collected the literature of TCM treatment of vascular dementia from 1991 to 2017 in Zhifang,Wanfang and VIP databases,screened the relevant clinical research literature and obtained the valid data.The compiled data set was imported into SPSS Clementine 12.0 software,And seted the minimum support of 9%,the lowest confidence of 85%.through the software analysis,we obtained clinical medication rules and compatibility characteristics of Vascular Dementia.Clinical Research: seting up clinical randomized controlled trials,meeting the Chinese and Western diagnostic criteria of patients were included and randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 30 cases,the control group using Donepezil hydrochloride tablets(An Lishen,Wei Lin Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Zhunzi H20050978),the treatment group on the basis of this service plused Modified Tian Si drink.recordingthe Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and TCM Syndrome Scale.we used SPSS20.0 software to test the clinical efficacy of Modified Tian Si drink.Results:literature Research:A total of 162 valid literatures ?165 prescriptions and 159 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained,a total frequency was 2126.Among them,the highest frequency of tonic drugs was used,825 times in total,followed by Blood circulation drugs,Resuscitation drugs,Soothe the nerves,Phlegm medicine,Pinggan Xifeng medicine,heat-clearing medicine,astringents medicine,Diuresis osmotic drugs and so on,the use of frequency of more than 20 had 35 kinds of Chinese medicine,of which the first three drugs were Acorus calamus,Polygalaceae,Chuanxiong,A total of 329 threshold association rules were obtained,of which Acorus calamus,Polygala highest support for 56.36%.There were totally 52 pieces with 100% confidence level,of which there were 36 rules including Acorus calamus.Clinical study: The scores of MMSE,ADL and TCM Syndrome Scale before and after treatment in both treatment groups and control group were statistically differences(p <0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p <0.05),Comparison of the two groups,MMSE curative effect score,ADL curative effect score and TCM Syndrome Scale curative effect score all had p <0.05,there were statistic difference between the two groups,which showed that both the treatment group and the control group could improve MMSE,ADL,TCM Syndrome Scale score,However,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Literature research: The Tonic medicine is the first clinical medicine for the treatment of Vascular Dementia,the second is the blood circulation drugs,the most used medicine is Acorus calamus,which is used for 139 times,and together with Polygalaceae,Chuanxiong,Rehmannia,Salvia,Astragalus,Polygonum and other drugs flexible compatibility;clinical research: the treatment group is better than the control group in the treatment of vascular dementia.
