Study On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription In Elderly Hypertension

Object:This article discusses the rule of TCM prescriptions in the treatment of elderly hypertension,and provides ideas and references for clinical treatment of senile hypertension.Method:This paper is composed of literature review and data mining.Literature review is collecting and sorting out recent progress in the treatment of senile hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),including two aspects: etiology,pathogenesis and TCM treatment.After analyzing,the article also puts forward some shortcomings in the research.The data mining research is based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)to analyze the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for the elderly hypertension,and to explore the characteristics of the prescription of TCM and the rules of compatibility of the prescription of TCM.Results: According to the research progress of TCM in elderly hypertension in recent years,the problems still exist in the present study,including the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy are not standardized,and the principles and rules of treatment are not based on the prescription of medicine,and the inheritance research needs to be strengthened,which needs the attention of the clinical staff.In this paper,with the help of the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system(V2.5),a total of 7 types of syndromes for the treatment of elderly hypertension were collected,including hyperactivity of liver yang,excessive accumulation of phlegm-dampness,syndrome of collateral retardation due to blood stasis,yingxuyangkang syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney qi deficiency syndrome,deficiency of both yin and yang.There were 266 prescriptions in all.Among them,there are 36 prescriptions for the treatment of elderly hypertension in the hyperactivity of liver yang.High frequency drugs are extracted from the data analysis.A combination of common drugs is obtained,6 core combinations are extracted,and 3 new prescriptions have been obtained.There are 47 prescriptions for the treatment of elderly hypertension in the excessive accumulation of phlegm-dampness.High frequency drugs are extracted from the data analysis.A combination of common drugs is obtained,10 core combinations are extracted,and 5 new prescriptions have been obtained.There are 16 prescriptions for the treatment of elderly hypertension in the syndrome of collateral retardation due to blood stasis.High frequency drugs are extracted from the data analysis.A combination of common drugs is obtained,4 core combinations are extracted,and 2 new prescriptions have been obtained.There are 76 prescriptions for the treatment of elderly hypertension in the yingxuyangkang syndrome.High frequency drugs are extracted from the data analysis.A combination of common drugs is obtained,10 core combinations are extracted,and 5 new prescriptions have been obtained.There are 27 prescriptions for the treatment of elderly hypertension in the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.High frequency drugs are extracted from the data analysis.A combination of common drugs is obtained,6 core combinations are extracted,and 3 new prescriptions have been obtained.There are 40 prescriptions for the treatment of elderly hypertension in the kidney qi deficiency syndrome.High frequency drugs are extracted from the data analysis.A combination of common drugs is obtained,4 core combinations are extracted,and 2 new prescriptions have been obtained.There are 24 prescriptions for the treatment of elderly hypertension in the deficiency of both yin and yang.High frequency drugs are extracted from the data analysis.A combination of common drugs is obtained,6 core combinations are extracted,and 3 new prescriptions have been obtained.Conclusion: The elderly hypertension belongs to the primary asthenia-secondary sthenia syndrome.In clinical treatment,we should not only treat the symptoms of the brain,such as vertigo,headache,etc,but also emphasize the measures of the radical,take into account the physical characteristics of the elderly,and whole recuperative medical care.On the basis of the depth analysis of the clinical literature,according to the Constitution characteristics of the elderly and the change of pathogenesis of hypertension,and put forward the compatibility characteristics of the prescription for the treatment of elderly hypertension,such as the consideration of both the superficial and radical,focus on the treatment of the radical,the treatment of multiple viscera as a whole at the same time,reinforcing deficiency is the key point,at the same time using elimination and reinforcing method,which provided the ideas and reference for the clinical treatment.
