Objective:To investigate the difference of CT enterography(CTE)imaging between Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative colitis.Methods:31 patients with Crohn’s disease(CD)and 25 patients with Ulcerative colitis(UC)in digestive system department were enrolled. The age information and CTE imaging of two groups were compared. Results:The age of CD group was younger than UC group(P=0.003).The CD group had 48 lesions:30 lesions located in small intestine,6 lesions in ileocecal junction, and 12 lesions in colorectum. The UC group had 86 lesions:0 lesions located in small intestine,8 lesions in ileocecal junction, and 78 lesions in colorectum. The lesion location between two group had statistical difference(P=0.000).The CT enhancement was more obvious in CD group(P=0.003),There were 8 cases with cellulitis in CD group,0 case in UC group, the difference between two group had statistical significance(P=0.018).Conclusion:The age of onset, lesion location, enhancement of CD group was different with UC group.CTE had important value in distinguish of CD and UC. |
