| Objective To investigate the Application value of three dimensional reconstruction model based on Computed Tomography in the retroperitoneoscopy renal neoplasm surgery. Methods During March 2015 to December 2016,51 cases of renal neoplasm patients underwent retroperitoneoscopy surgery,35 cases underwent radical nephrectomy and 16 underwent partial nephrectomy. They both set up the three dimensional reconstruction model based on CT used by Mimics software preoperative. And a random sample from the same period of 35 underwent radical nephrectomy and 16 underwent partialz nephrectomy as control group. All patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and follow-up.Results All operation were successful.3d reconstruction group in tumor maximum diameter measurements were closer to postoperative pathological measured values(Pearson coefficient was 0.998).In radical nephrectomy, the operation time of experimental group was(160.69±29.84)min,and the control group was(180.62±41.22)min,difference has statistical significance(P = 0.023).In partial nephrectomy, operation time of experimental group was(110± 16.73)min,the control group was(124.69±16.88)min;Warm ischemia time of experimental group was(26.75 ± 5.21)min,the control group was(30.69 ± 3.46)min;The intraoperative hemorrhage of experimental group was(77.19+37.15)mL,while the control group was(105.19±20.57)mL;Postoperative serum creatinine rate of change was(23.14±7.83)%,while the control group was(29.51 ±7.01)%.,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion establishing the three dimensional reconstruction model based on CT can provide precise data measurement and calculation, and can reflect the anatomical relationship of kidney and surrounding tissues. It can help us to choose operation method, shorten operation time, reduce the warm ischemia time of the partial nephrectomy. |
