| Objective:Orthodontic treatment can improve facial aesthetics with patients and recover the normal function of oral and maxillofacial system,but will cause bad influence to oral hygiene and periodontal tissue.At the end of the orthodontic treatment,Clinical find that some patients still have different levels of inflammation or the gingival recession.At present,there were few reports about the relation between porphyromonas gingivalis and periodontium both in China and abroad.The goal of this study was to evaluate the raletionship between the changes of porphyromonas gingivalis and its virulence factor gum protein and periodontal clinical indices at different stages after orthodontic treatment,providing basis for the further experimental study.Methods:Totally 35 new patients with heathy gum randomly chosen from orthodontic department of Jinan Stomatological Hospital as control group 1,20 patients with periodontitis as control group 2 and 47 malocclusion patients were selected with gingival inflammation at the final phase of orthodontic treatment as a experimental group.We specimen of gingival crevicular fluid at appliance removal and 1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after appliance removal were tested for porphyromonas gingivalis from each sample with 16SrDNA PCR technique.The samples with positive porphyromonas gingivalis were further tested the Kgp and Rgp virulence factors.Finally,after test all of the specimens,using SPSS 20.0 software to analyse experimental results.The relationship between porphyromonas gingivalis and two kinds of virulence factor Kgp and Rgp and gingival inflammation with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Detection rate comparis on between each group with Chi-square text.Results:1.Chi-square text shows,P.g and Rgp at the end of the orthodontic and the third month after dismantling appliance have obvious difference(P<0.05).There are significant difference among at the end of the orthodontic and the sixth month after dismantling appliance(P<0.01).The variation between the first week and the first month after dismantling appliance and at prior to appliance removal have no statistical significance.Kgp at prior to appliance removal have remarkable difference with the third and sixth month after appliance removal(P<0.01),but have have no difference with the first week and the first month after appliance removal.Since the third month after appliance removal,porphyromonas gingivalis and Kgp and Rgp had declined obviously and the ratio came close to healthy in the sixth month after orthodontic treatment.2.Spearman rank correlation analysis shows,they have significant difference between periodontal clinical index and P.g with Kgp(P<0.01).Rgp had no statistical significance with periodontal clinical index(P>0.05).Conclusionsop:l.The change of periodontal tissue inflammationn after orthodontic treatments need a process.2.The relevance ratio of Kgp has been positive correlation with periodontal clinical index,which can mediate the gingivitis inflammation happened. |
