Objective:Based on the clinical records of 3557 patients with implant prosthesis were retrospectively analyzed, summarized six years after the implant prosthesis occurred around the implant infection of patient data, analysis discussion around the implant infection incidence of a disease, and its correlation factors. Methods:Selected from January 2009 to December 2014 in yantai stomatological hospital department grow to repair all of the cases,to summarize its retrospective analysis, statistical occurred around the implant infection patients, the indicators analysis around implant infection incidence and the related factors.Results:(1)The incidence of peri-implantitis:At the patient level,a total of 299 patients developed peri-implantitis,with an incidence of 8.4%;implant level,a total of 478 peri-implantitis,the incidence of 7.6%.91 cases of early infection around the implant, the incidence rate of 2.5%.(2)The incidence of peri-implantitis in 3(12.5%),Osstem(13.3%)and other(11.8%)implants was higher than that in Straumann(3.1%),Dentium(6.9%)and Ankylos(4.8%),Straumann(3.1%)were less than Dentium(6.9%)and NOBEL(6.9%).(3)From January 2009 to December 2011,there were 178 patients with peri-implantitis,and the incidence rate was 11.3%.(4)The incidence of peri-implantitis in the upper anterior region(9.3%)was significantly greater than that in the upper posterior region(5.4%),in the lower anterior region(3.4%)and in the lower anterior region(4.2%),the remaining two no difference between the two.(5)The incidence of peri-implantitis in different surgeries was different(x 2 = 13.088,P =0.070>0.05),indicating that the incidence of peri-implantitis was not statistically different.(6)The healing time was 1 month, with the healing time increasing, the incidence of peri-implantitis was decreasing. The incidence of peri-implantitis in 3-6 months(17.9%)was significantly longer than that in 6-9 months(4.3%)and 9-12 months(5.2%)in the healing period.(7)The incidence of peri-implantitis after different complications:The incidence of peri-implantitis after loss of adhesive(5.8%),food impaction(6.0%)and shielding film exposure(5.2%)was significant(78.9%)and the abutment screw(28.1%),and the margin of the abutment was not close(78.9%),and the abutment of the abutment screw was loose(33.1%),loosening of the crown retention screw(30.6%Of the highest incidence of peri-implantitis.(8)26(5.4%)implants failed because of periarthritis, and 453(94.8%)implants were treated with clinical treatment, and peri-implantitis was controlled.Conclusions:(1)The incidence of peri-implantitis:the patient level of 8.4%;implant level of 7.6%,5 years after implantation repair cases, the incidence of peri-implantitis was 11.3%.(2)Different planting system incidence is different, may be with the implant surface treatment technology, machining accuracy and neck shape design related. In this study, the incidence of peri-implantitis in the Straumann system was the lowest(3.1%);the incidence of peri-implantitis in the Osstem system was the highest(13.3%).(3)The incidence of peri-implantitis in the anterior region of the maxillary area is the highest; The additional bone incremental surgical approach has no effect on the incidence of peri-implantitis;Repair the occurrence of complications can promote the incidence of peri-implantitis;Appropriate prolonged healing time can reduce the incidence of peri-implantitis.
