The medical reform is constantly deepening.China has put forward new requirements for the quantity,scale,and optimal configuration of resources for public hospitals.Talent competition and medical technology competition have become the main competition in hospitals.Only an innovative hospital human resource management system can enable hospitals to maintain sustainable development in competition.Hospitals should highlight their strengths in the competition and work hard to seize the opportunities.Based on the related theories of hospital human resource management and manpower configuration,this paper adopts a combination of theory and practice and analyzes the characteristics of human resources configuration in Y hospital.Perfecting the employment system and post management system has become the main content of the employment mechanism of public institutions.Hospitals not only need to improve job setup and management,but also strengthen the construction of health personnel,attach importance to the training of health professionals,including technical and managerial talents,and formulate corresponding personnel training and incentive measures.Therefore,the hospital should continue to implement the optimal configuration of human resources,establish a fair and scientific salary distribution system and incentive mechanism,promote the service quality of medical personnel,and achieve the hospital's strategic objectives.This paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Y hospital through SWOT trend analysis method,and draws a corresponding strategy plan.It puts forward the strategy of optimizing the configuration of human resources,implementing the strategy of strengthening the human resources,strengthening the education of talents,and increase personnel training.The research results of this paper will be more effective in improving the configuration of human resources in hospitals,better adapting to the medical reform policy,and improving the hospital's core competitiveness in the medical service industry.This paper also discusses the specific application of human resource configuration in China's hospital strategy and human resource management,and hopes to have a certain reference for other hospitals in China.
