| Background:MRI has been used to the ovarian examination more and more,The differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors are important to clinical application.Objective:To compare the diagnosis of MRI and pathology&clinic on the ovarian tumors,in order to improve the accuracy of MR diagnosis.Methods:200 patients with ovarian cancer,who admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017,were collected.MRI information were compared with the pathological or clinical,T test and chi square test were used to compare and analyse.Results:(1)The age of patients with the benign and malignant ovarian tumors were 39.92±4.85 years old and 39.25±5.36(P>0.05).The positive rate of clinical symptoms of benign ovarian tumors was 32.62%,and that of malignant ovarian tumors was 64.41%(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between MRI qualitative and pathological results(P>0.05).The coincidence rate of mature teratoma,serous cystadenoma,ovarian fibroma and mucinous cystadenocarcinoma was 100%.The coincidence rate of mucinous cystadenoma,serous cystadenocarcinoma,and follicular cell tumor was 97.43%,90%,and 83.33%.The coincidence rate of clear cell carcinoma and yolk sac tumor was 71.43%and 50%.The correct rate of MRI examination for staging of malignant ovarian tumors was 87.30%(55/63).(3)MRI features of benign ovarian tumors:regular shape,intact capsule,low-level T1WI,T2WI mostly low signal or other signals,some of which are high signals;dynamic enhanced scans have no obvious enhancement or mild enhancement.MRI features of malignant ovarian tumors:irregular shape,unclear boundary,uneven signal in T1WI and T2WI,and uneven enhancement in dynamic enhanced scanning.(4)The difference between semi-quantitative parameters of dynamic enhancement scan of benign and malignant ovarian tumors was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADC value of benign ovarian tumors was(1.402 ± 0.485)×10-3mm2/s higher than that of malignant ovarian tumors(0.924±0.361)×10-3mm2/s(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)There is no difference in age between benign and malignant ovarian tumors,the patients with malignant ovarian tumors have a high probability of appearing the clinical symptoms.(2)MRI examination has a high coincidence rate for qualitative diagnosis of ovarian tumors,as well as the staging for the malignant ovarian tumors.(3)Different pathological types of ovarian tumors have their different MRI manifestations.Combining the MRI dynamic enhancement and DWI imaging are beneficial to analyze their pathological types,and to provide the best strategy for the subsequent treatment.(4)ADC value of DWI can quantify to observe the ovarian tumors,it is advantageous to identify their benign or malignant. |
