Objective:To study the epidemiological and pathogenic characteristics of other infectious diarrhea in Hubei Province from 2016 to 2017,to provide data support for scientific prevention and control of other infectious diarrhea in our province,and to provide support for forecasting and warning of epidemic.Methods:The incidence data of other infectious diarrhea in Hubei Province from2016 to 2017 were collected from disease prevention and control information system.Data was analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Taking the four sentinel areas of Yichang City,Xiangyang City,Hanchuan City and Enshi Prefecture as monitoring points.Four representative hospitals were selected as sentinel hospitals in these points to collect fecal samples and case information for pathogenic testing.Data were analyzed by Excel 2007 and SPSS 23.0 software,and statistical analysis was performed by using?~2 test.The test level is?=0.05Results:(1)There are other infectious diarrhea in all counties and districts in Hubei Province from 2016 to 2017,and the incidence rate is in the forefront of the C-class legal report infectious diseases.A total of 96732 other infectious diarrhea were reported.There was no fatal case.In 2016,the reported incidence rate was72.58/100,000.In 2017,the reported incidence rate was 89.27/100,000,and the incidence rate increased.There were summer peaks(June to August)and winter peaks(December to February),and the two peaks accounted for 59.59%of all reported cases.Shiyan City has the highest annual incidence rate of 226.75/100,000,which is much higher than the provincial average.The ratio of male to female was 1.29︰1.The number of scattered children is the highest,accounting for 57.72%of all reported cases.The average annual incidence rate of the<1 year old group,1 to 5 years old age group,and>70 year old age group is the top three in each age group,which are2093.58/100,000,435.43/100,000,and 61.24/100,000 respectively.(2)A total of 1855cases of diarrhea were collected from 4 sentinel areas in Hubei Province,including579 cases of infectious diarrhea.The ratio of male to female was 1.33︰1.64.42%of the cases aged from 0-5 years.The proportion of the six pathogens was as follows:Norovirus(31.43%),Adenovirus(19.34%),Rotavirus(16.58%),and Zaravirus(7.77%),Astrovirus(7.43%),Salmonella(1.21%),and mixed infections of two or more types of pathogens accounted for 16.23%.Conclusion:The other infectious diarrhea is one of the most common infectious diseases in Hubei Province in recent years,and it is on the rise.The negative impact of the disease on the health of the population cannot be ignored.There are aggregation in time distribution and crowd distribution,so we can carry out targeted prevention and control.The pathogenic composition of sentinel surveillance results is the focus of research,and we should establish a long-term monitoring mechanism.It is necessary to make timely predictions and warnings about the occurrence and development of disease epidemics through changes in pathogen composition,and effectively reduce the occurrence of outbreaks. |
