| Objective(1)To understand the situation of family nurture environment of children aged 0-1 years in linyi area;(2)To explore the correlation between children’s family nurture environment and neuropsychological development;(3)To better promote the early development of infants,targeted to provide parents with scientific guidance and reasonable suggestions.On the basis of summarizing this research,we will explore how to play an advantage in family parenting,make up for the deficiencies,strengthen the guidance measures of scientific parenting for parents,provide scientific guidance and reasonable suggestions for parents to better carry out the early development of infants,let children grow happily and healthily in a safe and harmonious environment,and promote the early development of childrenMethodsAll staff members conducted unified training,and a random cluster sampling method was used to collect 596 children aged 0-1 years who were admitted to the Children’s Health Department of Women&Children’s Health Care Hospital of Linyi from 2013 to 2016 as survey objects.After unified physical examination,the main rearing person of the eligible subjects read and signed the informed consent,filled out the "family rearing environment questionnaire for children aged 0-1 years" according to the real situation of the family’s parenting,and evaluated the neuropsychological development of children.SPSS20.0 software was used for t test,chi-square test and correlation analysis.Result(1)The situation of children’s family nurture environment596 children aged 0-1 years were investigated in this study,including 331 boys,with an average age of(3.76±1.36)months;265 girls,with an average age of(3.65±1.18)months.Among them,209(35.1%)children had good family nurture environment,345(57.9%)children had moderate family nurture environment and 42(7.0%)children had poor family nurture environment.Most of the subjects’ family nurture environment was at or above the middle level,in which the perceptual/cognitive factor was the highest in the general environment,and the neglect/restriction factor was higher in the adverse environment and the general environment.The detection rate of boys’good family nurture environment and poor family nurture environment was lower than that of girls,but the detection rate of general nurture environment was higher than that of girls.There were no significant differences in the overall situation of the family nurture environment between genders(P>0.05).Among the 596 subjects in the survey,There are two main ways of rearing in the family nurturing process:grandparents’assistance and parents..The main way of rearing is grandparents’assistance.most of mothers were 21-30 years old.The level of parental education is mainly university,and most of the parents’marital status is in a general and harmonious state.The parental nurture environment is better than that of the grandparents;the higher the mother’s education level,the better the family nurture environment;The higher the detection rate of good family nurture environment is in families with harmonious parents’marital status.There were statistically significant differences in the overall situation of family nurture environment among difrerent rearing persons,mothers’educational level and parents’marital status(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of each factor in family nurture environment of boys were lower than those of girls except emotional warmth factor.There were no significant differences in the scores and total scores of each factor in family nurture environment of different genders(P>0.05).In addition to neglect/restriction factors,the scores of family nurture environment of children with grandparents were lower than those of parents support.There were statistically significant differences in the different rearing person’ perception/cognitive factors,interpersonal interaction/feeding factors and total scores of family nurture environment(P<0.05).(2)The overall situation of child developmentThe scores of developmental quotient of 596 subjects in this survey ranged from 62 to 122,most of them were at normal level,and children with low development and high intelligence accounted for a minority,which conform to the normal distribution.Girls scored lower in major sports and social adaptation than boys,and higher in fine movements,language and social interaction than boys;There were statistically significant differences in language scores between children of different genders(P<0.05),and girls were higher than boys.(3)The correlation analysis between the factors of family nurture environment and children’s developmental competence intervalsThe results of correlation analysis showed that the perception/cognitive factors,interpersonal interaction/feeding factors in the family nurture environment were positively correlated with fine motor and developmental quotient,and the total score of family nurture environment was positively correlated with developmental quotient(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)The family nurture environment of most of the subjects is at the middle level or above.The higher the educational level of the mother,The higher the mother’s educational level,the better the family nurture environment for children whose parents are in harmony with their marital status.The family nurture environment of the parents is better than that of the grandparents.The family environment and parenting style of infants aged 0-1 years in Linyi area still need to be further improved.(2)The overwhelming majority of children’s developmental quotients are at the normal level,which accords with the theoretical distribution ratio.There are differences in language development between boys and girls,and girls are better than boys.(3)There is a correlation between children’s neuropsychological development and their family nurture environment.Creating a good family nurture environment is conducive to the development of children’s neuropsychological behavior. |
