Objective:The relationship between the expression of p53 and Ki67 in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance were studied by detecting the expression level of the nuclear-related antigen Ki67 and p53 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods:1.From June 2012 to October 2017,150 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma were found, and 150 cases of simple hyperplasia of endometrium were selected as control group.None of the patients had received any radiation and / or chemo-therapy before the endometrial tissue samples were taken, and the clinical and pathological data were complete.Pathological specimens were fixed with 10% neutral formalin solution.Paraffin embedded, continuous sections, routine paraffin 4 μ m sections and immunohistochemical SP staining were used. The patients in both groups were 35 years old and 65 years old.2.The expression of nuclear-associated antigen Ki-67(Ki67)and p53 in endometrial carcinoma and simple hyperplasia of endometrium was detected by immunohistochemical SP staining.Analysis of the relationship between p53 and Ki67 expression in endometrial carcinoma and its Clinical Significanc. Results:The positive expression of p53 protein and Ki67 antigen in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the endometrial hyperplasia. The expression of p53 protein in endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant(P<0.05)in age, depth of infiltration, vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis, and pathological grade. The expression of Ki67 antigen in the invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, pathological grade and FIGO stage was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the expression of Ki67 antigen in age, histological type and vascular invasion was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the study(P>0.05).There was positive correlation between the expression of p53 and Ki67 in endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusions:The abnormal expression of p53 and Ki67 was found in endometrial carcinoma. It was suggested that p53 and Ki67 were related to the carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoma. It is suggested that p53 and Ki67 are related to the development of endometrial carcinoma. The combined detection is helpful to explain the mechanism of carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma, and to provideimportant objective basis for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
