A Study On The Distribution Characteristics And Correlation Of Female Infertility Syndromes And Physical Constitution Types In Yunnan

Object: Through the collection of sample data,a database of female infertility patients in Yunnan region was preliminarily established to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,providing important evidence-based medical support and theoretical evidence for further medical treatment and policy intervention,and laying a good foundation for the follow-up research of prescription drug effectiveness.Method:A questionnaire was used to select the cases that met the inclusion an d exclusion criteria,and the main observation indicators were selected,including the general condition of the patients,TCM syndrome type and TCM physique type,and a questionnaire was developed.Finally,Excel software and spss20.0 statistical software were used to conduct classified statistics,and the statistical results were analyzed.Result:1.Among the 409 infertility patients in this survey,the most common TCM syndrome type was kidney deficiency type,accounting for 242 cases(59.2%),,49 cases(12%)of liver-qi stagnation type,40 cases(9.8%)of stasis cytological type,and 26 cases(6.4%)of phlegm-dampness block type.2.Among the 409 cases of TCM constitution,the biased quality was more common,accounting for 291 cases(71.1%),and the mild quality was 118 cases(28.9%).Among them,there were 86 cases(21%)of Yang deficiency,followed by 62 cases(15.2%)of qi stagnation,47 cases(11.5%)of damp heat,34 cases(8.3%)of qi deficiency,30 cases(7.3%)of Yin deficiency,17 cases(4.2%)of phlegm-dampness,12 cases(2.9%)of blood stasis,and 3 cases(0.7%)of specific quality.3.In kidney deficiency syndrome,the first three constitutions with biased constitution frequency from high to low were Yang deficiency(64 cases),wet and hot(30 cases),and qi deficiency(26 cases).In the syndromes of liver stagnation and qi stagnation,the first three constitutions of bias constitution frequency from high to low are qi stagnation and qi stagnation(22 cases),Yang deficiency and qi deficiency(5 cases),and qi deficiency and qi deficiency(4 cases).In the syndrome of stasis blocking cytoplasm,the first three constitutions with the bias constitution frequency from high to low were Yang deficiency(9 cases),wet heat(5 cases),and qi deficiency(4 cases).In the syndrome of phlegm-dampness arrest,the first three constitutions of bias constitution frequency from high to low are: dampness and heat(4 cases),phlegm-dampness(3 cases),and qi deficiency(2 cases).4.The maximum age of 409 female infertility patients was 47 years old,and the minimum age was 21 years old.The average age was 32 5 years old,and most of them were between 30 and 34 years old.The maximum BMI was 32.847,the minimum was 14.692,and most of them were between 18.5 and 23.9.The causes of infertility were mainly caused by ovarian factors(158 cases,accounting for 38.9%),followed by other factors(116 cases,accounting for 28.4%),fallopian tube factors(112 cases,accounting for 27.4%),uterine factors(20 cases,accounting for 4.9%),and immune factors(2 cases,accounting for 0.5%).5.There was no significant difference in age,ethnicity,occupation,pregnancy history,previous contraceptive methods and distribution of TCM syndromes,P > 0.05.BMI,education level,etiology,course of disease and distribution of TCM syndromes were statistically significant,P < 0.05.6.There were no statistically significant differences between nationality,occupation,education,pregnancy history,course of disease,previous contraceptive methods and TCM constitution distribution,P > 0.05.Age,BMI,etiology,syndrome type and TCM constitution distribution differences were statistically significant,P < 0.05.Conclusion:1.Kidney deficiency type is the most common syndrome type in female infertility,followed by liver qi stagnation type,stasis cytoplasmic type,phlegm-dampness block type;2.In female infertility constitution,biased quality is more common,Yang deficiency quality is more common,followed by qi stagnation quality,hot and humid quality,qi deficiency quality,Yin deficiency quality,phlegm and dampness quality,blood stasis quality,specific quality;3.Among the yang deficiency with high incidence of infertile health,the highest proportion of age was 30 ≤ 34 years old,the highest proportion of BMI was 18.5≤ 23.9,and the most etiological proportion was infertile caused by fallopian tube factors,and the highest proportion of infertile patients was caused by fallopian tube factors,and the highest proportion of infertile patients was caused by fallopian tube factors.4.In kidney deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency,dampness-heat deficiency and qi deficiency are the most common ones.In liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome,biased constitution is high: qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,qi deficiency;In the syndrome of blood stasis blocking cytoplasm,the biased constitution is high in Yang deficiency,dampness and heat,and qi deficiency.In phlegm-dampness arrest syndrome,biased constitution is high in heat and dampness,phlegm-dampness and qi deficiency.
