The Relevance Between TCM Syndromes And Types Of Constitution About Children From YunNan Province With Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Objective:The children allergic purpura analysis of syndromes and types of the constitu-tion,try to explore TCM type of constitution and children the correlation of Henoch Schonlein purpura of syndromes,providing a new method to the disease.Methods:For the patients who meet inclusion criteria,the clinical case analysis combined with the form of questionnaire survey to collect the general condition of the children,clinical index,TCM syndromes and types of the constitution data,Using modern statis-tical methods,statistical analysis and describe for the above data.Results:1.The distribution of syndrome in 229 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura is wind-heat damaging collaterals(29.7%)>blood-heat damaging collaterals(19.6%)>gastrointestinal-heat damaging collaterals(14.0%)>damp-heat damaging collaterals(12.7%)>Spleen and kidney yang deficiency(10%)>qi dificiency and blood stasis collaterals(9.7%)>yin dificiency and fire hyperactivity collaterals in sequence(4.3%).2.229 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura are single constitution(81.7%)or two constitutions(18.3).The distribution of 187 cases with single constitution is yin deficiency(31%)> mild constitution(17.60%)> qi deficiency constitution(16.60%)>damp-heat constitution(13.40%)>the phlegm-dampness constitution(9.10%)>yang deficiency constitution(7.50%)>stagnant blood constitution(3.20%)>specialconstitution(1.60%).Among the 42 cases of concurrent constitution,qi deficiency+yin deficiency(28.6%),Damp-heat constitution+yin deficiency(23.8%)are the most common.3.The frequency of qi deficiency is the highest(30.9%)in wind-heat damaging collaterals.The frequency of damp-heat constitution is the highest in damp-heat damaging collaterals(26.9%).The frequency of yin deficiency is the highest in bleeding due to blood-heat damaging collaterals(74.4%).Yin deficiency has the highest frequency(26.1%,26.3%)in qi deficiency and blood stasis collaterals and gastrointestinal-heat damaging collaterals.yin dificiency and fire hyperactivity collaterals has the highest frequency of moderate constitution(42.9%).The frequency of yang deficiency is the highest(27.8%)in spleen-kidney yang deficiency collaterals.4.Mild constitution,qi deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,and constitution with wind-heat damaging collaterals;Yang deficiency is prone to spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Yin deficiency is prone to bleeding due to blood-heat collaterals.Damp-heat constitution is prone to damp-heat block.Conclusion:The TCM syndromes of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura are wind-heat impairing collaterals,bleeding due to blood-heat and gastrointestinal heat accumula-tion.The constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine are yin deficiency,peace and qi deficiency.Qi deficiency is related to wind-heat collateral damage,yang deficiency is related to spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and yin deficiency is related to bleeding due to blood-heat.Syndrome types depend on physical character-istics to some extent.Physical conditions affect the development and change of syndrome types,which provides a basis for personalized treatment of the disease.
