Meta-analysis-based Clinical Evaluation Of Yiqi Jianpi Therapy Combined With FOLFOX Regimen In The Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To analyze the effects of Yiqi Jianpi therapy combined with FOLFOX on the objective efficacy,toxicity,immune function and quality of life of colorectal cancer,and to evaluate objectively,so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods:Databases such as CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)、Cochrane Library、Pubmed、VIP、Wanfang,and so on.Retrieval of domestic and foreign clinical research literature on the treatment of colorectal cancer of combination of method of Yiqi Jianpi and programme of FOLFOX and applying FOLFOX solution only,from January1,2009 to December 31,2018,observed indicators included objective efficacy,toxicity and side effects,immune function,and quality of life scores.Then Revman 5.3 software is used to evaluate and analyze the literature.Results:1.A total of 20 articles were included in the study.The total number of caseswas1351.Experimentalgroup(orobservation group,treatmentgroup):682,control group:669.2.Five articles mentioned objective effects.Meta-analysis results:P=0.31,I2=17%,RR=1.39,95%CI=[1.20,1.60],Z=4.44,P<0.00001.3.Six articles mentioned grade III-IV leucopenia.Meta-analysis results:P=0.009,I2=74%,RR=0.76,95%CU=[0.25,2.28],Z=0.49,P=0.62.4.Nine articles mentioned nausea and vomiting.Meta-analysis results:P=0.39,I2=5%,RR=0.57,95%CI=[0.47,0.70],Z=5.38,P<0.00001.5.Five articles mentioned diarrhea.Meta-analysis results:P=0.81,I2=0%,RR=0.36,95%CI=[0.22,0.61],Z=3.85,P=0.0001.6.Five articles mentioned neurotoxicity.Meta-analysis results:P=0.04,I2=61%,RR=0.62,95%CI=[0.42,0.92],Z=2.37,P=0.02.7.Seven articles mentioned immune paramet CD3~+.Meta-analysis results:P<0.00001,I2=92%,MD=10.34,95%CI=[5.95,14.74],Z=4.61,P<0.00001.8.Ten articles mentioned immune paramet CD4~+.Meta-analysis results:P<0.00001,I2=91%,MD=6.63,95%CI=[4.24,9.03],Z=5.42,P<0.00001.9.Nine articles mentioned immune paramet CD8~+.Meta-analysis results:P<0.00001,I2=93%,MD=-0.04,95%CI=[-2.95,2.86], Z=0.03,P=0.98.10.Seven articles mentioned immune paramet CD4~+/CD8~+.Meta-analysis results:P<0.00001,I2=82%,MD=0.22,95%CI=[0.04,0.40],Z=2.45,P=0.01.11.Seven articles mentioned KPS score.Meta-analysis results:P=0.48,I2=0%,RR=1.24,95%CI=[1.33,1.36],Z=4.48,P<0.00001.Conclusion:In the treatment of colorectal cancer,the method of Yiqi Jianpi combined with FOLFOX regimen chemotherapy has more significant advantages than FOLFOX chemotherapy alone in improving the objective efficacy,reducing nausea,vomiting,neurotoxicity and diarrhea,improving the immune function indicators CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,and improving the quality of life(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in grade III-IV leukopenia and CD8~+between the combined treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).
