Professor Lin Shouning’s Treatment Of Chronic Gastric Diseases Drug Pair Research

Objective: In order to better learn Professor Lin Shouning’s clinical experience and academic thought in treating spleen and stomach diseases,the data mining method was used to analyze and excavate the characteristic drug pairs and common drug pairs for the treatment of chronic stomach diseases,so as to provide useful reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in treating spleen and stomach diseases.Methods: Based on the outpatient medical record system of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this study included the criteria according to the cases,the medical records of all patients with chronic gastric diseases in the outpatient clinic of Professor Lin Shouning,Department of Gastroenterology,from January 2017 to June 2018 were collected.Access2017 database software was used to make the entry system suitable for the study,including name,sex,age,diagnosis of Western medicine,and so on.TCM diagnosis,TCM syndromes and TCM prescriptions are collected,and then the data collected from medical records are input one by one.All the input information is processed to make the information become structured data for analysis.The prescriptions obtained from outpatient clinics were transformed into analyzable data.Data were processed by association rules and analyzed by SPSS22.0 and Spssclementine software.Results:(1)A total of 445 cases were recorded,including 182 males and 263 females.According to the diagnosis,11 cases were acid vomiting(gastroesophageal reflux disease),263 cases were gastric pain(chronic gastritis),146 cases were gastric ulcer(peptic ulcer),and 25 cases were fullness(functional dyspepsia).(2)There are five types of syndromes in the initial cases recorded.The syndromes are dampness-depression of spleen and stomach(160 cases,36%),cold-heat miscellaneous(210 cases,47.2%),spleen and stomach weakness(61 cases,13.7%),liver-stomach discord(7 cases,1.6%)and qi stagnation and blood stasis(7 cases,1.6%).(3)Through data mining,it can be concluded that Professor Lin Shouning has 13 pairs of characteristic medicines for different types of chronic gastropathy and 23 pairs of commonly used medicines for chronic gastropathy.Conclusion: Professor Lin Shouning’s clinical characteristics and 36 pairs of commonly used medicines are obtained by association rules.The obtained pairs are all related to Professor Lin’s academic ideas,and generally coincide with Professor Lin’s actual clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.The obtained pairs conform to Professor Lin’s clinical medication characteristics.
