| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of SVF-gel(Stromal Vascular Fraction-gel)injection combined with acupuncture in improving nasolabial sulcus aging,and to explore a new method of treating nasolabial sulcus aging with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:54 patients admitted to our department due to nasolabial groove aging from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 27 patients in each group.The severity of nasolabial groove was graded preoperatively.The control group only received SVF-gel injection and filling,and the experimental group received acupuncture and moxibustion after surgery(acupuncture in nasolabial groove + acupoint zusanli in the distal part).The grade of nasolabial groove was reevaluated 3 months and 1 year after surgery,and the degree of improvement of nasolabial groove was evaluated.Meanwhile,the postoperative satisfaction of the patients was investigated.Results:(1)comparison in the two groups:the nasolabial groove severity of the two groups decreased 3 months after surgery and 1 year after surgery compared with that before surgery,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nasolabial groove severity between the two groups 3 months after surgery and 1 year after surgery(P>0.05).(2)comparison between the two groups:the improvement rate of nasolabial groove in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group 3 months after surgery and 1 year after surgery,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group 3 months after surgery and 1 year after surgery was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:SVF-gel injection and filling has a certain effect on improving the aging of nasolabial groove,and the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion(collection of acupuncture in nasolabial groove+acupoint selection in the distant zusanli)has a better effect.This method has the advantages of small trauma,high safety and high patient satisfaction,which provides a new method for the treatment of nasolabial groove aging with the combination of Chinese and western medicine and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
