| The study is divided into two parts, clinical and experimental,to investigate the condition of impaired glucose regulation in the permanent residents of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,to analyze the correlation between anthropometric indicators and impaired glucose regulation, and to further prove the investigation in the experiment.Sex.Master the law of change and key populations, find the correlation between the physical fitness of the four doctors and the impaired glucose regulation, and provide theoretical and practical basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.1 Clinical study on the relationship between physical fitness and impaired glucose regulationObjective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of impaired glucose regulation in the residents of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.Through the correlation between anthropometric indicators and impaired glucose regulation, the correlation between the physical fitness of the four elephants and the impaired glucose regulation is sought to provide a clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods:According to the theory of Korean medicine, people were divided into four physical groups. In the end,120 representative residents completed the study together. The participants were divided into four physical groups by the doctoral identification:Sun people,Taiyin people,Shaoyang People and Shaoyin people. All respondents were required to measure height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure, etc.Afterwards, they were required to have an empty stomach for more tlian 8 hours. On the second morming, they measured fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, and blood lipids. After treatment, these indicators were measured again to calculate the diabetes conversion rate.Results:1.A total of 152 people were invited to participate in the study. The final 120 people(82 males and 38 females)completed the study, with a total response rate of 78.9%.2.The prevalence of impaired sugar regulation was 55.8%,the prevalence of sugar regulation in Shaoyang was 21.7%,and the prevalence of impaired glucose regulation was 22.5%.3.Obesity and overweight distribution, the number of overweight and obese people in Taiyin accounted for 61.2%;the number of overweight and obese people in Shaoyang aceounted for 53.8%;the number of overweight and obese people in Shaoyin accounted for 29.6%.Among them, the Taiyin people were overweight(16.4%),the Shaoyang people were overweight(7.7%),and the Shaoyin people were overweight. The blood pressure and blood sugar levels of overweight people are higher than those of normal and obese people. The weight of the Taiyin people is significantly higher than that of Shaoyang and Shaoyin.4.Distribution of impaired fasting blood glucose and impaired glucose tolerance:39 people in Taiyin,11 in Shaoyang, and 8 in Shaoyin.5.The conversion rate of diabetes after half a year was 32.8% for Taiyin,23.1% for Shaoyang, and 3.7%for Shaoyin. Conclusion:The prevalence of impaired glucose regulation in the human body was higher(P<0.05).Obesity,elevated blood pressure, and elevated blood lipids in the Taiyin are important risk factors for impaired glucose regulation and diabetes. After half a year of review, the Taiyin people had the highest conversion rate of diabetes.2 Experimental study on the relationship between obese rats and impaired glucose regulationObjective:In clinical studies,it has been proved that the Taiyin people are most likely to become diabetic through glucose regulation due to their constitution and eating habits. In order to further confirm the correlation between obesity and impaired glucose regulation, relevant experiments were conducted. Methods:Thirty Wistar male rats were divided into three groups:normal group, simple obese rats, and obese and glucose-damaged groups.Simple obese rats were modeled by feeding high-fat diet, and rats with obesity and glucose-regulated rats were modeled by injection of streptozotocin(STZ 10 mg/kg).The body weight and tail vein blood glucose were measured regularly every week, and the diabetes conversion rate was calculated after one and a half months, and the four groups of blood lipids and insulin levels were finally measured. Results s 1.After successful modeling, the weight of the rats in the simple obesity group and the obese group with impaired glucose regulation was significantly higher than that in the normal group,P<0.05.2.After the successful modeling, the rats with obesity and glucose-regulated rats were obese. The fasting blood glucose level was significantly higher than that of the simple obesity group and the normal group,P<0.05.3.The blood lipid level of the simple obesity group and the obese group with impaired glucose regulation was significantly higher than that of the normal group. The insulin level in rats was significantly lower than that in the normal group and the simple obesity group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.4.The diabetic conversion rate of the simple obesity group was 20%,and the diabetes conversion rate of the obese group with impaired glucose regulation was 40%,which was significantly higher than that of the normal group. Conclusion:The blood sugar, blood lipid level and insulin level of obese rats were closely related to impaired glucose regulation, and the conversion rate of diabetes was the highest. |
