The Research About The Correlation Between The Incidence And Meteorological Factors Of Liver,Spleen And Kidney Diseases In Yanbian Area Based On The Wuyunliuqi Theory Of Huangdineijing

Objective: Data of liver,spleen and kidney diseases and meteorological data in Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital,Yanbian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Chao Medical Hospital from January 20,2003 to January 19,2013 were collected.Based on the theory of five elements and six elements,this paper explores the influence of the changes of five elements and six elements on the incidence of liver,spleen and kidney diseases in Yanbian area,and explores the regularity of the occurrence of regional diseases in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of liver,spleen and kidney diseases in Yanbian area.Methods:(1)Establish a database of liver,spleen and kidney diseases in the admission records of affiliated hospitals of Yanbian University,Yanbian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chao Medical Hospital for 10 years from January 20,2003 to January 19,2013,including name,sex,admission time and admission diagnosis.(2)Establish the meteorological data database of Yanbian area in the same period,including 12 meteorological factors such as average temperature,minimum temperature,maximum temperature,sunshine difference,precipitation,average wind speed,maximum pressure,minimum pressure,etc.(3)Descriptive statistics,X2 test,Logistic regression and Spearman test were used to explore the relationship between the occurrence of liver,spleen and kidney diseases and the changes of five elements,six elements and meteorological factors.Results: The incidence of liver,spleen and kidney diseases was higher in males than in females;The main transport of the Fifth National Games is too old and too late.Six Qis,six heavens and four springs are the risk factors for the disease;Diseases of liver system are mainly transported by wood,and the transported by wood is too late and too late.The transported period of six Qi and Jueyin is dominated by the transported period of Sitian qi,and the transported period of six Qi and Jueyin is high in the spring year when the transported period is dominated by the transported period of spring qi,In addition,excessive local transportation and the five elements of Qi in Jueyin are also prone to occur;Spleen diseases are local transportation in the Five Yun Dynasties,and the old Yun Dynasties are too local transportation and less than the year.Six Qi and Taiyin are the main periods of the Qi in the Six Qi and Taiyin Dynasties,while six Qi and Taiyin are the most common periods in the spring years,In addition,wooden transport is too old,the second luck of the main transport and the last breath period of Taiyin days are high;Kidney diseases are mainly transported by water,while those of old are transported by water too much or less than that of old.Six-Qi Sun dominates the period of time when Six-Qi Sun dominates the period of time.Six-Qi Sun occurs most frequently in spring year when Six-Qi Sun dominates the period of time when Spring Qi dominates the period of time,In addition,excessive wooden transportation and the beginning of the solar year are also high;The incidence of liver and kidney diseases was negatively correlated with the highest and lowest barometric pressure,Relative to percentage of sunshine.Splenic diseases are negatively correlated with the highest barometric pressure.The relationship between liver diseases and percentage of sunshine.Sunshine hours correlated with splenic diseases.In addition,the incidence of kidney diseases was negatively correlated with sunshine difference and relative humidity.Conclusion: Liver,spleen and kidney diseases are common in males;Its incidence is affected by the changes of five elements and six elements;The onset of the disease is the same as that of the five elements of the viscera.When the age is too old or too late,the period of the six Qi is easy to occur;The Qi of Sitian,which combines the five elements of Qi of Six Qis,the five elements of Qi of Spring and the five elements of Zang organs,is prone to occur in the main period of Qi of Spring;The incidence of liver and kidney diseases was negatively correlated with the highest and lowest barometric pressure.Splenic diseases are negatively correlated with the highest barometric pressure.The relationship between liver diseases and percentage of sunshine.Sunshine hours correlated with splenic diseases.In addition,the incidence of kidney diseases was negatively correlated with sunshine difference and relative humidity.
