| ObjectiveBy studying the relationship between occupational stress and work performance of medical staff in private hospitals,this paper provides reasonable suggestions for the daily management of private hospital management institutions.MethodsThe reliability and validity of Occupational Stress Questionnaire,Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Job Performance Questionnaire used in this study are good.There was no significant difference in the performance of medical staff in private hospitals between different genders(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in the performance of medical staff in private hospitals with different marital status,length of service and educational level(P < 0.05).Through the analysis of data results,it is concluded that occupational stress has a negative correlation with psychological capital,and there is a positive correlation between psychological capital and job performance.In addition,occupational stress has no direct impact on job performance.Psychological capital has an indirect effect between occupational stress and job performance.Occupational stress has no direct effect on job performance.So it can be explained that psychological capital has a completely mediating role in the relationship between occupational stress and job performance.ResultsThe reliability and validity of EXI,PCQ and JPQ scales used in this study are good.There was no significant difference in job performance between different genders(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in job performance between different marital status,length of service and educational level(P < 0.05).Occupational stress has a negative impact on psychological capital,and psychological capital has a positive impact on job performance.Occupational stress has no direct impact on job performance.Psychological capital has indirect effect between occupational stress and job performance,and the direct effect of occupational stress on job performance does not exist.Therefore,psychological capital has a complete intermediary role between occupational stress and job performance.Conclusion1.Different marital status,length of service,education level have significant differences in job performance.2.The negative correlation between occupational stress and job performance of medical staff in private hospitals and the positive correlation between psychological capital and job performance.3.Occupational stress of medical staff in private hospitals can directly predict job performance(job dedication,task performance,interpersonal promotion).4.Psychological capital of medical staff in private hospitals plays a inderectly mediating role between occupational stress and job performance. |
