Clinical Study On Treatment Of Wind-cold-dampness Type Lumbar Back Myofascitis With Centro-square Needling Combined With Long Snake Moxibustion

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of centro-square needling combined with long snake moxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness type lumbar back myofascitis,and to explore the effective treatment of wind-cold-dampness type lumbago myofascitis,so as to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty patients with wind-cold-dampness type of lumbar myofascitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.The observation group was treated with centro-square needling combined with long snake moxibustion,while the control group was treated with oral diclofenac sodium double release enteric-coated capsules.Patients in both groups were treated for 3 weeks,and visual analogue scale(VAS)and Qswestry disability index scale were used as the efficacy evaluation indexes.Scores were recorded before and after treatment and three months after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after the end of treatment and three months after the end of treatment,and statistical software was used for statistical analysis to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment:(1)Comparison of VAS score and Qswestry disability index score between the two groups: before treatment,the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of total clinical efficacy between the two groups:among the 30 patients in the treatment group,9 were cured,13 were significantly effective,6 were effective,2 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%;among the 30 patients in the control group,4 were cured,8 were significantly effective,13 were effective,5 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)3 months after the end of treatment:(1)comparison of VAS score and Qswestry disability index score between the two groups:The difference between the treatment group 3 months after the end of treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The difference between the treatment group 3 months after the end of treatment and after treatment was no statistically significant(P > 0.05).The difference between the control group 3 months after the end of treatment and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups 3 months after the end of treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of total clinical efficacy between the two groups 3months after the end of treatment: among the 30 patients in the treatment group,8 were cured,14 were significantly effective,5 were effective,3 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%;among the 30 patients in the control group,2 were cured,5 were significantly effective,15 were effective,and 8 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both the treatment group of centro-square needling combined with long snake moxibustion therapy and the control group of oral diclofenac sodium double release enteric-coated capsules had an improvement effect on the lumbar back pain and functional activity symptoms of the patients with wind-cold-dampness type of lumbar myofascitis,but the improvement and overall efficacy of the treatment group of centro-square needling combined with long snake moxibustion therapy were significantly better than the control group of oral diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules.(2)The treatment method of centro-square needling combined with long snake moxibustion is an effective treatment for wind-cold-dampness type of lumbar myofascitis,which has good effect,stable effect,safety and no side effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
